I’ve been with Fotomaster since October last year, and they’ve consistently provided excellent service. I’m pretty quick with software, but whenever I needed support, their team was patient and clear, helping me work through any issues.

After Hurricane Helene, my booth unfortunately took on some moisture damage. After working with their remote support, we figured out that the T.V. needed replacing—something I wasn’t equipped to handle myself. I reached out to my sales rep, Adam, who connected me with Nitzan, head of their nearest facility. Nitzan went out of his way to get me up and running again, which saved me from having to cancel two booked events.

Big thanks to Fotomaster for not just great products, but real support when you need it!

Buyer beware! They are over charging like crazy! Its a free country but I promise you, you will be better off else where. Their "packages" are predatory and they base their pricing over some made up theory they have for how much money you make instead of cost + some profit to reinvest. Like I said its a free country but dont get scammed!

I bought the X Mirror Photo Booth 2 years ago. I was brand new in the photo booth industry so it was a whole new learning process, however the Foto Master team provides training through videos, manuel and a great software support on the phone & team viewer. The X Mirror is a huge success at every event, my photos turn out beautiful in colour or black & white. I would like to give a huge thank you to the Foto Master team for all there support and guidance which is on going. My business would not be what it is with out the training and support which is provided. Im looking forward to purchasing the Retro photo booth next!

My husband and I purchased our Mirror Air Photobooth 10/2023 and we've loved every minute of it----- although we aren't complete experts in all the software capabilities and components, FOTOMASTER has a team of dedicated professionals that are there to help guide and teach us throughout the learning process! With an incredible machine of this magnitude it really helps to have this 24/7 tech support group available and ready to assist!
