Called and informed them that my daughter's cheer pictures were blurry and I was unhappy. They said they would reprint ans send. Great. Waited over 3 weeks. No communication and no pics. Called to see where they were. They said I never sent back originals and so they did not reprint. No one ever said this to me! Lesson learned! Will never use this company again!

I am less than satisfied. We had my daughter's senior pictures done here, and they definitely were not worth what we paid for them. We purchased a package that was about 360.00 ish (give or take a few dollars) which gave a specific amount of time, remember we had an appointment!! About 10 minute into it, another person complained and the older gentleman told her we'd be done in a couple of minutes. Unfortunately it's not my fault if they scheduled to many people at once. I paid our money, waited for her appointment. The pictures are not creative in the least bit. They will work as a generic documentation of her senior year. ( I am sorry for complaining, but people have a right to know)

Spend over $400 on senior pictures, says on their site 5-8 weeks before we receive our pictures. 11 weeks later- still waiting. No offer of extra products, no offer of a discount or refund. I will be complaining to the school as well, as seniors should be able to choose any photographer- and use their photo for the year book. Unfortunately, they somehow have it that we have to use their be company. All I can say is the photos better be perfect.

The photos that I got from here were very nice. Very pricey but nice. I contacted them by email and by leaving a phone message and no one ever got back to me. No email returned phone call which upset me. On their website they state someone will get right back to you. I do like the pictures though but like I said, very pricey.

School pictures are really a bummer.. When I was in school the photographer would fix our hair or make sure our faces are clean.. Now I order pictures and my kid has ketchup from lunch on their face and their hair is a mess.. and its every year for pictures that aren't cheap to buy it's kind of ridiculous and very unprofessional

They were so great with my 9 month old son. In every picture he was smiling!! They take their time too !! I highly recommend them!

Thank you Sean, Candice and Jeff for all your work. You were so patient with my family. We cant wait to see how the pictures came out and you have made my wife's day!!!

The photographer was very patient and nice. She took her time to get the best pics.
