Elizabeth not only produces absolutely wonderful pictures, but she is also so kind and so good with our baby and our 3 year old. We have done multiple sessions with her since our first child was born and we could not recommend her enough.

Liz was responsive and got us in for a studio shoot after our baby’s birth, which we hadn’t yet booked due to poor planning. We got a full 6 hours and I was worried baby might not do well but Liz has perfected keeping newborns “camera ready” and we were done in under 4! Liz also listened to our requests and we got a lot of pretty jewel tone images of our sweet little girl. Was hard to just pick 5 (our package) and we ended up buying more. That said, I totally recommend if you can afford it investing a little more to do so and get even more images. 🙂

We used Elizabeth Frederick Photography for our maternity and newborn photos. We chose her because we liked some of the work she had on her website and the various props and colors she uses for her newborn sessions. However, when we got our newborn photos, they appeared to be extremely over-edited and did not even look like our son. He looked more like a porcelain doll with pink lipstick. I had communicated to her both in the newborn questionnaire and the day of the shoot that I wasn’t a fan of the super airbrushed look and showed her her own work on her website that I liked. She responded with “I do the same thing for all of my babies” and “maybe those photos were from an old program I used”. And proceeded to do what she wanted. After receiving the pictures, I emailed her with our concerns, called her and left a message and she got back to me 6 days later with photos where the editing was allegedly revised, but there didn’t appear to be a big difference to us. She commented about how our baby was really red, but our feelings are that’s his coloring and we wanted his photos to actually look like him. Also, the contract says that you have 5 days from the day that you receive your gallery to make your 5 photo choices. We received our gallery in the afternoon on 12/12 and the gallery expired 12/15, which is not 5 days. We later realized we were able to download the entire gallery, when the contract says you get to choose 5 photos. We were of course happy about that but it’s one more instance of the contract not being followed, so it makes it really hard to know what to expect. The contract also says you get a pre session consultation, which is basically just a questionnaire that you fill out on your own and submit to her as well as emails back and forth. We found her to be difficult to communicate with and feel that she didn’t really care about us being satisfied. We unfortunately will not be using her in the future.

Elizabeth did our long overdue family photos for a fall mini session. She was amazing with my kids and really managed to capture us all in a natural way. We are beyond satisfied with the end result and can’t wait to feature the photos in our home! We will definitely provide her services in the future. I only wish my babies weren’t so big now. We would have totally booked newborn sessions.

Elizabeth was super professional and made the whole photography experience easy and fun. Our sons photos came out so beautiful that I had to buy all of them as I couldn’t choose only 5. She was really flexible with us when I went into labor early and ended up in the hospital after discharge. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely hire again!

Highly recommend! Such a great experience. Elizabeth is so friendly and answered all my questions. Even though my baby was on the move and ready to go everywhere but where she was supposed to go, she knew exactly what to do and got some great 1 year smash cake photos!

Elizabeth is an amazing photographer!! She is friendly, easy to work with and captures the most beautiful shots. She did our sons smash cake session which she customized to fit our theme, and even squeezed him in on his actual birthday! We had a family shoot this summer at the beach and are blown away at the gorgeous pictures! Liz is friendly, professional and just great to work with. She does amazing work and highly recommend her

I brought my daughter 2 separate times for Christmas photos and for her 1st birthday cake smash photos. I was not disappointed at all as both sessions were amazing! Liz is a baby whisperer to say the least. Her studio was immaculately cleaned, the props were gorgeous and the end result photos were just stunning. I am looking forward to the Fall to book a session for our next Christmas photos!
