I would not recommend this service. There wasn't any problems with making a payment, however, there's a problem getting the product I paid for. I had to ask for everything. I was told touch ups would be done in a couple of days. I had to ask for them a week later. It took another 2 days and they still weren't done. I needed photos prior to family arriving and I had to ask for them. I ordered a collage, a very expensive collage, and I was told a little longer than 3 weeks. It's been 3 months and I have reached out several times with no response. So, for about 1k, I got an hour of a photo shoot and a handful of untouched photos, no collage and haven't heard from them. It's unfortunate, this was my sons senior photos. A treasured moment for us, she was an acquaintance I've known for a little over 10 years and I got treated like I was an annoying pest, but again, no issues with taking my money. Zero stars, would not recommend.

Angela is so amazing, never got to meet Jen, but if she's anything like Angela, you're in wonderful hands!!! They have so many cool portraits in the studio & on their website!!
If you want quality photo's, use them for sure!!!! 😁📸

From the moment Angela held my 6-day-old baby I knew, she was to be his photographer for life! We purchased a 1 year package right after his newborn session because we were so IMPRESSED with Capture a Moment Photography. We are 6 months in now and absolutely LOVE working with Angela and Jennifer. They are both so professional, kind, and caring. Our baby loves his photo sessions every month and we love seeing him grow through the BEAUTIFUL pictures they capture! I am so lucky to have met Angela and Jennifer, I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. They are worth every penny, if not more! I usually schedule 30 minute sessions, and if it's a special occasion I'll do the 90-minute session... but either way they always capture so many cute shots and different outfits! They are so good at making my baby smile for them! Actually the first time he ever rolled over was in the studio. Capture a Moment Photography will forever be a part of our family and will always be our go-to for photo shoots and event photography.

We opted not to go with Capture a moment based on not owning any of the photos afterwards. When we booked our session for senior pictures for our son we left a deposit that was non refundable. At this time we believed it was just common place not to own your senior photos. They offer no option to own photos. We started checking around because we really wanted all the photos. Everyone else we called gives an option for ownership. We canceled well in advance and went with a photographer that we had used before for our Daughters wedding. We have full ownership of the photos to do what we want with them at 1/2 the price of capture a moment.
I will say that they were nice folks there and it really surprised us that they did not offer even a partial refund. We cancelled far in advance and our time was booked for a Monday which I doubt is a hot time slot.
The work we saw in the studio looked nice and I am sure they can do a good job but we are also sure that they should not need to keep deposits from families to stay in business.

With the pending birth of my first child, I started looking for photographers in the area. I wanted a photo session soon after he was born. I weighed having the hospital do it, or finding someone. After speaking with the photographers, I knew what my decision was. We spent the money and got a full year for our son.
The best investment ever! We have had 7 sessions with them so far. We have more amazing quality photos than I will ever be able to share.
They are the most flexible photographers! Most of the shoots have TWO!! Yes Two!! Photographers. If we get our pictures done quick we don’t stay the whole time, but if our son is giving us issues, we may stay a little later. They make very clear the expectations of the session.
We have had sessions with just our son, or the whole family. We have done in studio, Yes they have there own studio, or we have done an out door shoot. None of this comes with an extra cost.
To say this has been the best experience ever, is going lightly on the praise. If people are upset, they want something for nothing. With Capture a moment, you get more than you pay for. Great service, great experience, with a great team. 5+ stars in our book!

My experience with Jen and Angela has always been positive. Even when my subject is difficult. They are not specificity animal photographers, they do a great job, I’m always happy with the results. They go above and beyond to make sure my kittens are comfortable and happy during the session. I will forever and always use Capture A Moment for any and all my photography needs.

These ladies have truly captured amazing memories of my son as he has grown!! They work hard to capture his smile and personality every time!!

Jen & Angela are GREAT! We had a great session at George George Park last month and the pictures were wonderful. So many great shots to choose from that it is going to be hard to decide which are our favorites. Do not hesitate to book a session with them ... you will not be disappointed.
