We had a scheduled senior portrait session here through the high school my daughter attends. The photographer is very nice and knows what he's doing. The prints are pretty expensive, but absolutely worth it. My daughter had a pretty bad sunburn from working outside and on the final prints you can't even tell. While the price is high, these are pictures that will be cherished and having the option to get her graduation announcements all in the same package is great!

The man running the business shows a great apathy towards his customers. They often fail to notify you when the photos are ready and they lack business professionalism. I had to personally recover missing prom pictures from another customer, due to the photographer mixing our pictures and failing to notify us when the pictures were ready to be picked up. The photographer was no help in trying to resolve the missing photos conflict and curtly attempted to rationalize the business's fault out of the situation, leaving us with nothing.

Had a 1630 appt today. Arrived at 1615. Was greeted by an employee who pointed out that I was early and they were running 30-45 minutes behind. (He greeted others with the same accusatory tone as if we were in the wrong for being early.) in the time my daughter waited, I was able to take my other child to and from swimming lessons. At 1800 we made the decision to leave. We will be finding someone else to handle senior photos for her and she just wont be in the yearbook her last year. Not once did anyone come out to give an update on how much longer we’d need to wait. 1.5 hrs past appt time is completely unacceptable. In my opinion they should owe me the money we spent on getting her hair done for her pictures!

I have given this business a chance 4 times and everytime they fail to deliver. First all when they did my pictures, the photographer was in a hurry, a bad mood and did not make our moment great. Then at viewing of pictures, the lady was rude and not helpful, plus the pictures were not good and he would not retake. So I went ahead and ordered from what he had giving them yet another chance. Order a 200 dollar collage, etched glass and frame. Was supposed to be done the beginning of May. Yes my fault for not checking earlier, but I called today and its not done and he claims the frame he told me to wait on was sold. I mean really my that's why I said I wanted it then!!!!! Not to mention the first "gentlemen" that answered was rude and had no want to help. Very disappointed.
