Bethaney is just wonderful!! My husband and I chose her to photograph our wedding last July. My husband is a photographer himself and so was very picky in who we chose! We are so happy with the photos, they are just stunning and really capture the day so well. She has a great energy and is very professional! We are so happy she was our photographer.

Bethaney took my wedding photos 3 years ago when she was getting started! We loved our photos so much that 6 months later we ordered 2 more albums from her. Since then she has taken our family photos and graduation photos. I am always impressed with the quality of our photos and the other products we chose. I expect she will photograph our family as we grow for years!

I cannot emphasize this enough, do not hire Bethaney. Bethaney takes great photos, and that's the only positive thing I can say about our experience. Don't expect her to respond to you or even provide the photos in a timely fashion. When we hired Bethaney in 2017, we were initially happy to have her b/c we liked her photos. But we knew we were headed for trouble b/c during the week of our wedding, she went "missing in action" and failed to respond to our texts, phone calls, emails, facebook messages, etc. All we needed from her was a timeline of events for the wedding day so that we could provide it to our family and the wedding party, most of whom were coming from out of town. After not hearing from her, we actually lined up another photographer until Bethaney finally responded 2 days before her wedding. She claimed her phone was on "do not disturb." Under our contract, Bethaney was required to send us the wedding photos, an album, a USB and other deliverables within 45 days of wedding. However, following our wedding Bethaney completely ignored us for months on end. We tried reaching her via her cell phone, her website, facebook, her business phone, and she never responded. We finally sent her a certified letter, which prompted her to upload our wedding photos to her website, and she sent us the download link almost 4 months after the wedding (well past her obligation of 45 days). When she finally responded to us, Bethaney claimed that she already sent the photos, but we had no record that she ever did so.

I would avoid hiring Bethaney because she has major communication issues and it might take her months to send the photos. Also, I will note that after our fiasco, Bethaney did give us a credit to have our photos printed and she apologized for the mishap.

I had my wedding reception in May of 2021 and I have not received anything from that day. Based off our contract I was supposed to receive everything within 45 days of the event. I’ve reached out multiple times to Bethaney through multiple channels and I have not heard anything from her since September. At this point I’m assuming she’s lost the photos.

I cannot emphasize enough do not hire Bethaney as your wedding photographer, like others have said she is not responsive and takes much longer to deliver photos then what is agreed upon.
