Tara was supposed to be our main photographer, but cancelled the day of our wedding 20 minutes before she was scheduled to arrive. I had spoken to Tara several times, shared our detailed schedule with her, and confirmed her arrival time. Tara called our wedding coordinator nearly 20 minutes before she was supposed to arrive at the venue and stated that she would not be coming. It was rainy and windy the day of our wedding, and this is what led to Tara cancelling last minute, yet all of our other vendors and guests arrived with no issues. Tara's cancellation was detrimental and unprofessional, and something that I would not wish on any bride and groom. Nearly three months later, Tara has yet to reach out to me personally to apologize. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Tara Young Photography.

Tara is incredibly talented. She was our wedding photographer and did a photo shoot of our daughter when she was 1. Our wedding photos are so beautiful. The photo shoot she did with our daughter was so fun, and the setting was gorgeous. Tara really captured our daughter’s personality and made it look easy. It was impressive watching her work. She’s such an artist. Her photography is gorgeous and unique. She’s also one of the most genuine and coolest people I’ve ever met. She’s the best!

Tara is an amazing photographer who puts you and your family at ease the moment she meets you. She has taken pictures of our family for over two years and we've always had wonderfully perfect photos to choose from. I never get nervous during a session because I know that regardless of how I think my child is acting or we are doing she always gets amazing shots! I value these memories and her talent to capture them! ❤️

Tara is just amazing! She was so patient and positive with our 1 1/2 yr old that he actually enjoyed the experience. She was able to capture his personality on film. She got so many good shots that it was hard to choose the pictures to print. We wanted them all. I'm grateful and can't wait to work with her again.

Tara has been taking our daughter's photos for 9 years, since she was 3 weeks old. We treasure the moments she has captured and look forward to our shoots every year. Tara captures our daughter's spirit and her story so poignantly and really understands how to help kiddos be themselves in front of the camera. 5 stars is not nearly enough!
