She does capture great photos, however she sent a group photo with our kid blinking (we didn’t get to choose the photo she gave us). We asked about getting replacement or one of the other photos she took and she charged us an additional $20 for it. I feel like she should have checked the file ahead of choosing group photo for us. She had another file that is great and perfect! This should have been originally sent but we had to pay additional fee to get the photo we should have gotten from the start.

Serious lack of communication. Overstated and under / NEVER delivered. I am a real estate agent, pictures were taken on a Thursday morning. Further pictures scheduled for that weekend. Expectations give FROM Summey was Monday. Wednesday we were told Thursday. Thursday gets here and radio silence. Time is of the essence and there was no sense of communication or urgency.

This company personally called me to explain that they had printed and then accidentally reprinted the wrong name on my daughter’s cheer pics. She took the time to call and work out the issue, then make sure the information she had was indeed correct for the reprint and also threw in a coffee mug for the troubles.
