I was initially nervous before my boudoir session but I chose outfits that made me feel confident. As I walked in, my heart was racing, but Katie and Rachel immediately put me at ease. I sat down in the chair to get my hair makeup done and Rachel and I got to know each other. We had such a fun time and I felt more comfortable with each passing minute. Rachel did an amazing job and I felt stunning.

I got into my first outfit and Katie was so sweet and let me ease into the photoshoot process. Katie and I had a blast throughout the entirety of the time she was shooting. Our laughter-filled session was a testament to Katie’s expertise. I felt comfortable and confident throughout the session and could feel the confidence radiating throughout my body. Katie kept telling me what poses looked best and helped me to achieve the pictures I was wanting!

When it came time to review the photos, I was blown away by how amazing they looked and how proud I was of my body. I felt so proud of myself for taking a huge leap that was initially way out of my comfort zone! Katie and Rachel’s exceptional skills made me feel the beauty in me and captured my true self, and I couldn’t be any happier with the results!

If you're on the fence about doing a boudoir session for yourself, let me share my experience. It's difficult for most people, myself included, to be in front of the camera when you're fully clothed and even posing with family - being in front of the camera in lingerie, ALONE The thought of it is intimidating, nerve-wracking, enough to make you say 'yeah I wish I had the courage, but I'll pass', right? I get it. And then there's Katie. She has a way about her that you don't feel self-conscious at all - actually the opposite. She's so encouraging and talkative throughout the process, taking care of posing every detail down to your finger placement, it takes all of the pressure off. She has an amazing studio, beautiful classy props and setups, and the process went by faster than I expected because it was so much fun. I think this is something every woman should, and deserves to do. For no one other than yourself, to celebrate your life, your beauty, your body, whatever it is, do it. I will treasure the photos forever and my man sure appreciated the keepsake! Thank you so much, Katie!

Fabulous photo experience with Kate for her 40 Over 40 shooting. First Rachel did my hair and makeup. Then Kate and Rachel looked at the clothes I brought and showed me clothes Kate had that she thought would look good for the photos. Then for the next two hours Kate posed and shot photos of me and Rachel helped me change and touched up my hair. It was so much fun. I felt like a fashion model. Kate took over 250 photos. Now I will have to decide…..Thank you Kate!!!
