I don't even know how to begin to put into words my absolute love and adoration for Stephanie. She is not only a highly skilled and talented photographer, but also a true artist and authentic human. My husband and I just received our wedding photos from her, and it was crazy how transported back to the day we immediately were. Going through every image brought me back to the exact roller coaster of emotions I was feeling in the very moment in the best way. Yes, without a doubt, her photography is technically skilled and she has fun playful artistic tricks up her sleeve-- but even more amazing is how she somehow truly captures the magic and authenticity of any moment, which I think is more inherent to her as an artist than something you can learn or teach. She has an ability to make you feel seen and loved while working together in person, and then when you see the photos you can SEE and FEEL that love though her images. I was also amazed by her ability to somehow be everywhere at once, capturing moments that we didn't even know about, yet she snuck around in the most discrete of ways. For our group pictures, I wanted to stay away from them feeling too staged or stiff, and she was able to capture an airy and magical-ness within them despite them being posed group photos. The candid photos were like art-- capturing human essence, love and magic in an almost documentary-like style. My husband couldn't stop raving about how his groomsman photos looked like magazine editorials (lol).

When we received our photos, Stephanie presented them to us in a very special and magical *surprise* way, which was the finishing bow to an already perfect experience with her. Needless to say, I can't recommend Stephanie enough to capture the graceful, the rowdy, and everything in between on anyone's special day.

Our daughter's wedding was over month ago but I just had the opportunity to relive the experience through the magic of Stephanie's photographs! I'm not just talking about the physical representation of the ceremony, the events and the participants although the photos were comprehensive and visually stunning; what was so extraordinary was that Stephanie was able to perfectly capture the love, the spirit, the magic, really, of the event, enabling us to not just see it again but to feel it. I and my wife decided to get married in nyc and luckily I’ve known Stephanie for a few years.
Unfortunately Stephanie didn’t have time on our actual wedding day, so we decided to do a wedding shoot two days before the wedding which turned out to be the best decision we could make. That way we were able to focus on the shoot and it was so easy to just enjoy the day with her:
We did send Stephanie a couple of mood pictures before meeting up because I really had a certain vibe and aesthetic in my mind. Stephanie totally understood what I was looking for right away and we couldn’t be any happier. Working with her was such a pleasure and we had the best time. From the minute we met her, we both felt so comfortable around her. She was kind and warm-hearted and I could tell her excitement for us getting married too. We were just walking to see where are the best spots to shoot and she was patient, professional and so sweet trying out so many things even though it was still a very hot late summer day.
When we received our pictures, we had tears in our eyes. They turned out so beautiful and just as how we wanted them to be: natural, playful and the vibe of new york city. Her amazing talent and experience are shown in the pictures. With that, we would highly recommend shooting with Stephanie!
