Such an amazing spot for photos! Ann is so sweet and welcoming and her property is just full of amazing photo ops. You’re able to get a great variety of photos with such ease and every spot is just as beautiful as the next. I will be telling everyone about this wonderful spot and will definitely return myself. This Place is so beautiful ,Easy access to get into,Great directions to this Harvest Host's property and quick to respond to our couple hours away from Franklin Tennessee.Jeff was extremely wonderful and hooked us up to electric quickly for a small fee,which was extremely cheap for how Hot it is tonight.His beautiful wife and him was returning from Jeff's mother's funeral and he Still Ok'd us to spend the evening and overnight, plus hooked us up too. Jeff and Ann are truly a God sent,Host's, cause we had 3 days and nights in Alabama heat,and no AC at all. I'd gladly reserve nights here with these Host,plus gorgeous area to have Profesional Photos taken for any occasion. We rate this Host's a "10" on a 5star scale .The ReedAcre Couple from Ohio.

South 40 is one of the most wonderful places I have been to have photos taken in Williamson County. South 40 has a variety of backdrops from professional headshots in the studio, beautiful farm land, picturesque natural beauty and bold, bright colors. I highly recommend South 40 for professional photos, headshots, family photos and or band/musician promos. The family that runs South 40 is professional, listens and are the most down-to-earth and fantastic people I have had the honor to meet. I highly recommend South 40!

I have been shooting at South40 for over a year and it never disappoints! I recently took one of my seniors and the variety of flowers gave her photo shoot the over the top floral feel and oh the creamy lighting. I always get compliments on the lighting and backdrop when I shoot there. They also make it so easy to book and they communicate really well! I am looking forward to many more sessions!

I had a family session at South 40, and I totally fall in love with this venue. It’s incredible beautiful and has so many varieties as backdrops: tall grass, barns (several!), pond, trees, props, and many more! It’s wonderful for any kind of creative sessions, and work with various visions I can think of. I’m definetely going back soon!
Plus, the owner Ann is such a pleasant person to work with!

Extremely easy to book and the location was wonderful. For a 2 hour photo session, we had plenty of beautiful locations to utilize. Definitely recommend!!
