I found Sean's photography page on instagram, and contacted him because his aesthetic really matched what I was going for an engagement shoot with my fiance. From the very beginning of the interaction, Sean was a consummate professional. We have a very rough idea of the location and vibe we were going for and Sean really helped up etch out a true game plan. He had only shot in the location we chose once, but knew exactly the area to go to, what time of day to go, when it would be least crowded. We were also bad with posing, so Sean told us exactly how to do it, while also capturing a ton of candid shots. I could not be happier with how the photos turned out! Sean really went out of his way to capture the perfect moments. He had a personal engagement planned for after our shoot, but he even extended his time with us to capture more photos as the lighting was beautiful. We originally booked Sean for our engagement photos, but we loved him so much that we rebooked him for our wedding! Sean is incredibly personable and truly cares about your event and the love between you and your significant other. Throughout the day, he gave great direction on how to pose and what to do, but he was always open to ideas from us as well. He was so friendly with our bridal party and always reassured us that if we needed anything, he was there to help.

Sean was one of the best vendors we’ve had the pleasure to work with. When he sent us our wedding photos, they were thoughtfully organized by the timeline of events, which was super helpful when we wanted to look for specific moments.

When booking Sean almost 15 months before our wedding, I didn’t foresee how much of a beloved friend and soundboard he would become. I knew very well that hiring my wedding photographer would be one of the make or break decisions of the wedding and it wasn’t a decision I took lightly. Sean takes the time and care to get to know and understand his clients; he does every project with his full heart. He is constantly learning and absorbing. He not only continually practices his physical photography skills, but he always absorbs the heart and soul of the subjects he’s capturing. By the time my wedding rolled around, I knew 1000% that we were in good hands.

Beyond being a wonderful and easy person to work with, his photos truly capture and extend moments. He captured moments of our wedding I legitimately forgot about, and moments I didn’t even get to see because I was being carted around doing whatever other bride duties! I feel so blessed to have had Sean capture the most important day of my life and I’m just so happy he was a part of it! I could sing his praises for decades!

I can't recommend Sean enough. He was super friendly, patient, and easy to work with. Despite one of the rainiest days in the year, the pictures came out amazing and he did an excellent job capturing the spirit of the wedding. He shot by himself and he was HUSTLING, running everywhere making sure to get the best shots. He did a great job guiding and directing family members (major plus that he spoke Chinese). He was super patient with all the aunties taking pictures with their phones. Throughout the day Sean made us feel very relaxed and not in a 8 hour photo shoot.
