Wow! These Guys did an incredible job, last minute on a weekend, and for a good price. They helped me with questions I didn’t know I even had. The job was expertly done and it looks perfect! Each letter was laser cut, and they put it on the plexi for me. I can’t ask for better service. Highly recommended!

I ordered calendars from this business around the holidays, fully expecting some delays. That part was fine. However, starting January 6th, I reached out every day until January 17th via phone and WhatsApp. My messages were ignored, and every time I called, I was told, “The boss will call you back in 15 minutes.” The boss never called. I kept trying daily, only to hear excuses or find out he wasn’t available.

When I finally got through, the boss admitted the order was late. I asked for better communication moving forward so I wouldn’t feel like I was chasing them, and his response was condescending: “I’ll text you every day saying the order hasn’t arrived yet.” Completely unprofessional and rude.

When the calendars eventually arrived, the order was wrong—incorrect designs and wrong-size envelopes. Since this was outsourced to a vendor, I contacted the vendor directly. They sent me an invoice showing that the order was placed 14 days after I made my deposit. On top of that, I paid nearly triple the cost for calendars due to their mistakes. When I brought this up, the owner refused to offer any refund or discount, claiming the margins were too low.

This entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. They only seemed to care about money, not customer service. The only time they called me was to demand the final payment when the calendars arrived. Don’t waste your time or money here.

i actually cannot even explain the anger this establishment brings to me. i placed a simple order with very specific instructions and this OWNER messed up the entire order and then blamed ME? when i asked for a refund, they REFUSED and kicked me and my five year old son out of the store IN PUBLIC. please never go here even if your life depends on it.

Ordered 3 canvas first week of January and didn’t get my order delivered for two and half months when it did arrived, it was poorly packed. There was nothing protecting the canvases. 2 Out of 3 were broken. Quality was very bad, it seems like someone just downloaded the poor quality pictures from online and printed from cheap printer, staples on the canvases were a joke, looked like a preschool project. I called the owner, he did answer my call the first time and said he will replace it. Than stop responding to calls and text.

It takes a lot for me to give bad review but this business owner deserves 1 start and needs to learn how to take care of customers.

I designed a 2x3 poster in GNU image manipulation tool (GIMP) and was able to send it over Whatsapp on Saturday and pick it up Sunday. Cheaper than Staples and more knowledgeable. I wouldn't have done it any other way.
