We own a small boutique inn in Duck Creek Village, UT and we were in desperate need of some professional photography. Jake is professional and fair. His photos are unmatched.
As the owner of a short term rental management company that manages over 100 doors, Jake is our go to Photographer for all of our clients and for our properties . I have never felt like the value that he provides does not far exceed the cost that is paid in either of my clients. The ONLY one star review that he has below was from a creep I tried to get him to use his drone to spy on somebody and when Jake refused, he decided to leave him a one star! lol, who does that?

So impressed with Jake. We’ve worked with multiple real estate photographers and he has blown us away. After going live on the MLS, we had so many showing requests and received multiple offers $100k+ above asking- within 24 hours of his product delivery. Very professional and helpful but most important, the product is incredible. We will absolutely use him for future projects.

Jake did a great job on the listing photos for our home. He made our space look great, was very friendly and great to work with. He was super quick getting us the photos back in less then a day. The whole process was so easy and he did an amazing job. Working with jake definitely made the process so smooth and stress feee. He also was so sweet with our cute pup as well. It’s always a good day when I get photos back from Jake! I’ve also seen some of his work on airbnbs and they always look like superhost status homes because of his photos.
