hate to say it but do NOT get your film developed here. it strips every ounce of quality from your photo - adds grain, lines, and blur (see pictures attached). some of the film was even developed on top of each other. such a shame considering it’s a local & quick turnover however, go elsewhere to protect the quality of your photos.

p.s. customer service/staff is not great which is just the cherry on top

Went in with hopes of getting some digital pictures printed in such a way that I could paste them over a mistake in my son's and friends' yearbooks, but I couldn't even get my question out before the guy was gruffly refusing to listen and sending me to the closed Right-Aid on 30th Ave. He was very rude and extremely unhelpful! I work in media and know photography. It was a perfectly reasonable question. You didn't have to do the job, just listen - then answer, and don't be a jerk. When I have a more standard job I'll be sure to take it elsewhere? Hopefully it's a big one.

Normally I prefer small businesses over big corporations, but in this case an office store that sells paper fasteners provided excellent service and solved my problem.

I'm always very happy with the film scans I receive here. They usually come within a day or two and the quality is excellent. I also buy most of my film here, and got a passport photo taken here once. All in all this is a great local shop.

The owners know photography and pride themselves on this. They ("he") care(s) very little for the inexperienced consumer. Customer service is poor. They are still the premiere and reputable business in the area.
