The photographer took amazing pictures but did not give the option for me to choose. I was unaware that my expensive purchase would come with one digital image that I did not pick. I spent 60 dollars for one photo that I would not send anyone. The other photo was never sent.

Very disappointed in price and quality of products. Unfortunately we didn't have a choice due to this companies contract to provide sports team photos this year. The company is ran by Bryan Treeter.

We ordered photo Dog-Tags and Photo Magnets. Typically, from other venders, we've always gotten the photo printed on both sides of one or two standard metal Dog-Tags. What we got with this company is a photo cut-out, a piece of aluminum cut-out, two pieces of clear plastic cut-out, and the company info cut-out for the back. No photo on the back. These were assembled within a rubber ring. These rubber rings don't last, and when they break, there is no way to function as a Dog-Tag. The size and shape was abnormal as well. The length was nearly twice a long as a standard Dog-Tag so it stands out abnormally within a collection. This is about $2 of material sold for $16. Additionally, only one tag is provided when the image looks as if you're getting two.

The photo magnets were 1/4th inch smaller in length and height than advertised as well. This is not the standard with other photos they provided. This is another false representation on their website.

I emailed customer service about not receiving my sons t-ball photos and they sent out replacements and a free 5x7, which was awesome. Very fast response and friendly customer service. The original order came in also, so now I have double the prints. I am grateful for this and happy with their photos. The pictures were great quality.

As a rule I no longer give this joke of a company my business. I never received my order 3 times in the past. That’s on me for giving second and third chances. Today I allowed my kid to join the team picture so the team was all present for the shot but I refuse to order anything. The odds are I won’t get my order. Based on the other reviews, nothing has changed over time with them. Just know this, if you place an order with them, it is not a purchase but a donation to their “business.” How they manage to keep a contract with Mudsocks is highly suspect and likely the result of being someone’s buddy or side piece. Save yourself the hassle and use a cell phone and get a team pic on the field. There will be zero difference in quality. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!

Called multiple times in different days with zero answer and an option to leave a voicemail. Had my daughters softball photos taken over a month ago and still have yet to receive any type of digital message with the photos. I understand there’s a lot of kids and photos being taken, but there’s absolutely no reason it should take over a month for a digital photo.

I am very disappointed in my experience with this company. I had ordered a sports photo package (order# 8058333) of my child through them as they were the partnered photography company with Zionsville Little League. This photo package had a couple week wait time. I was told I had to turn in a paper copy of my electronic order at the time of the photos being taken. I did exactly this and upon handing over two seperate order sheets ( mine & my ex's), the photographer proceeds to fold them in half horizontally together right in front of me. I thought this to be very weird but refrained from saying anything. A few weeks pass and my ex had now received her photos but I was yet to receive mine. I inquired about this and mentioned how the papers had been folded in half together. They told me they had in fact lost the paper. They then placed an expedited order with the production crew and I was told it would ship out within 48 hrs. 48 hrs came and went and no communication about it having shipped so I inquired again. A few days passed and I was finally contacted and told it shipped out via FedEx on 7/5/2022 and that it would Arrive at their office and than they would repackage it and send it to me directly. Fast forward to today 7/22/2022 I still have yet to receive any update on them getting it, I have made multiple inquiries within the past week and a half and have not received any reply back or phone call as to the status of my order for which I am yet to receive. I find this to be absolutely unprofessional. Furthermore it is pretty much impossible to call them as nobody ever answers the phone this forces you to have to email them and hope to God somebody gets back within a reasonable time. I have been dealing with this company since approximately May and here it is the end of July. At this point I plan on asking for a full refund and am contemplating reporting this as fraud since they have yet to deliver on the product for which they promised upon me purchasing. At this point I would not recommend this company to other family's.

Why is no stars not an option? This place is a total JOKE. For starters we were given a 2 week turn around time at the time of pictures, recieved them finally a month later. Open the package and the plaque is destroyed. & it was mailed out that way! There's no damage at all to the packaging. Of course nobody is answering the phone or emails. I even drove all the way there during business hours for the doors to be locked. Will never recommend this place.

I have called TEN TIMES, left TWO voicemails and sent TWO emails. No one answers the phone, no one returns phone calls, and no one replies to emails. All I want is a refund for the pictures my son DID NOT get taken. And when I call the 800 number it’s a Medical alert center 😒 I just want my money back.
