I had large photos printed for a funeral. The print quality was great. The website interface was user friendly and quick. I had one photo that was low resolution from an old print I was working with. Tracy took the time to scan and enhance it for me. It came out great and I was able to enlarge it to a 16x20. Service was fast and professional. Highly recommend.

I'm disappointed. I was looking for help with an ID photo to upload to the State website but didn't want a passport app because it's for my DL renewal online. Tracy told me to come in so I did. She didn't seem as confident once I arrived, she took two photos & I thought she might show them to me first? She took a phone call & I waited for her, then asked her to show me the photos. I mean, she overcharged me $21.95! After she plugged the camera into the computer (because she didn't instantly show me them on the camera screen)I realized the photos were bad! My eye was half closed in both! But she 1. Wasn't going to redo them before I paid her 2. She held the camera, it wasn't on a tripod. 3. She took a bad photo twice without even telling me. Even a professional photographer has the decency to adjust a subject.
This store is the only one in the city that will print hard copy photos from digital cameras but it's way overpriced. The previous owner had a better attitude and more professional skills. If the DL ID photo is rejected on my renewal application, I'll tell Tracy she owes me a refund or a do-over. There's always the Better Business Bureau if she refuses! $21.95 is price gouging.

Needed some pictures printed quick for gifts and tried the local CVS. I was not happy with the color and quality of what I received, they looked nothing like what I had sent. I looked up other choices and thankfully found Picture Perfect! Had 38 prints made and they were done in an hour. They look very professional, weren’t very expensive and looked exactly like the photos I had sent in; but better!! ❤️

This is my favorite place to order pictures! More pricy than Walgreens or Walmart, but the quality is 100x better. If I order one or two pictures, they are usually ready within an hour.
