Very disappointed as my daughter's first pictures we were not satisfied with and we did not place the order for the retake package by the midnight deadline because she was sick all week and didn't want to prepay for it if she wasn't going to be in school any pay for nothing if she wasn't in that day. The site said to contact Photography by Roman to reopen the link and they absolutely refused, even though it was a couple of hours prior to returning to the school to do the retakes. We've never done retakes before ever, this is the first time and they were not willing to accommodate. The customer service experience with this company is extremely disappointing.

Terrible experience. I wish our schools would choose a different photographer. They charge a $10.95 shipping fee if you miss the "deadline" even though we offered to pick up at the studio or at a minimum provide a discount to make it more manageable. They refused. By the way the deadline was missed by 1 BUSINESS DAY which I'm sure makes absolutely no difference at all to their bulk processing. I wouldn't mind paying the $10 shipping fee if the prices were actually reasonable. Now you lose the $100 package that was going to be purchased. Take a look at their despicable online reviews.

I want to specifically thank Cassidy for making my daughter's senior portrait session a one of a kind experience!!! Thank you so much!!!! This was our 1st time in the studio. You made my daughter feel comfortable, paid exceptional attention to detail & captured so many greats shots. We love them ❤️

Refused to retake my daughter’s picture on reshoot day (after their first shoot was a disaster because they’re terrible photographers) because I missed the payment deadline by a few hours. I tried to pay and they said they couldn’t accept it, I asked why and they said “it was their policy”. This business is trash, they rip off the entire town and we need to demand a new photographer because literally everyone I know despises them.

They charge like they are made of gold. These are school photos and should be priced so everyone can afford them. Also why do I have to pay a 10 dollar shipping fee when I can pick them up. Why is that not an option.

Incredibly overpriced. No option for a single 8x10 or just a digital download, only overpriced packages with tons of photos you dont need in 2023. Make sure your school district stays away from this massive cash grab of a business.
