I called 10 minutes before closing to get help with access to one of my kids accounts (he lost the QR code) and to ask about photo previews. Jacob was assisting me and I just loved the professional and efficient customer service he provided. He had a calm and friendly demeanor and answered all of my questions. This is my 1st time reaching out to the company and was not disappointed. As far as photos go we have ordered from them before without issues.

I have updated my review to 3 stars. The company did reach out to me right away by email to apologize and provided the information for me to get the photos as well as some coupons. I do feel they tried to make the situation right. I hope that going forward they will continue to provide good service and hopefully I'll be back to update to 5 stars one day.

I have been trying to order my son's football pictures for over a month. They did not provide a code to order online beforehand so I called and they said I would need to call back for the code after pictures were taken. I called and no answers. I emailed and no one responds. I have called several times over the last month just to sit on hold and then be hung up on including today. I really don't want to give this company any money, but this is my son's first year playing football and I would like the picture.

UPDATE DEC 11th: Jasmine was very kind and professional in helping me with the package order that I had not received due to some strange confusion. She sent me the photo package and I got them very quickly. Thank you very much!

DEC 6th: I paid for my son's school pictures, I gave the money to the teacher and everyone got the pictures except my son. Now I am getting emails from Photo Texas Photography to pay for the pictures. Do you want me to pay again for something I already paid for and never recieved? I have been trying to call many times and no one is able to answer. The teacher and the assistant principal at my son's school say that they are not responsible for refunding the money or for the pictures that were not delivered to me. I don't know why you put a phone number on your website if you never answer or return calls. Poor costumer service!!!!

It is very irritating that you can't view the pictures before you purchase them!! I ordered the digital package over a week ago and still haven't received anything. I have contacted her teacher and the school because according to my receipt I'm supposed to pick up there (which makes no sense.) I have sent several emails and have gotten no response. I have called and they were incredibly confusing with what they were telling me. When I tried to explain to them that no they aren't at the school because I called and it's just the digital package they said they would look into it and I still haven't heard anything. From now on I think it'll just be easier to take my daughter elsewhere to have pictures done. I am done buying unseen photos and them either being bad or just flat out not getting them.

Poor picture quality. Rude staff. I would highly recommend looking somewhere else. They just print the first photo they snap and don’t seem to care if it is good or not.

Edit: I talked to staff here and they have promised to correct my issues.

Edit 2: back to 1 star, they DID NOT correct the issues, not follow though with their word. Very disappointed.

It seems like the incompetence starts at the very top and goes all the way down to the photographers with this company. Management Miscommunications, dimwitted employees, unsettling customer experiences, I could go on. Save yourself the headache if you're interested in them as a vendor for your school or a parent that wants photos of their kids. Photo Texas Company will leave a bad taste in your mouth.
