I don't usually write reviews but I always get great service here. This is the only place I take my film because they send my scans really quickly and its less than 20$ to develop a roll if you pay cash.

Came here for a visa photo but the guy did the bare minimum and wouldn't show me the photos after taking them. When I pointed out that I wasn't facing correctly as required by the consulate, he wouldn't listen. Waste of money. Also tries to push cash only but then charges $3 extra for card.

First they said they don't do photo prints. Then I saw one girl placing an order. I asked if I could place mine but I was told they don't do photo prints from email or it needs to be a large order. I was ready to pay extra but this woman said she doesn't know how to print in large size 🤷🏼‍♀️

I got photo for passport but it was not professional at all and she is rude. Customer service is zero

Went here for baby passport photos. Great service. Fast and professional. Really patient and kind with me and my baby. The photos are great. Also I got a roll of film developed and it was available as scans and prints within a few hours.

They couldn't develop the film well,don't come here to develop or scan your film

One of the worst experiences. The lady is super rude for absolutely no reason. Would not recommend at all.

the best place to get your film developed. have been coming here for years and it’s the fastest and cheapest place i have found in sf! same day developing and scan (mine came back in less than 2 hrs). remember to bring cash!
