Got one hoodie made for my son a week or two later I tried to get one made for my sister birthday in a enough time to be done for her birthday tells me hoodie be done by 5 pm gets there no hoodie the girl who works at the booth is being extremely rude and ignorant no communication said it will be ready next day like what her birthday was the day I was supposed to pick it up 🤦🏽‍♀️ all good won’t get my money ever again and they say support small black business foh get rid of homegirl at Christiana mall she’s horrible

I had two designs made and they turned out amazing! The shirts were ready within 2 days, and I couldn’t be happier! I would definitely get more shirts made in the future. The prices are more reasonable than any of the online custom shirt stores, and they are ready much faster. If you have a custom shirt in mind I would definitely recommend checking this kiosk out.

A single mug is not finished since beginning of Friday (literally early AM), and now it's Tuesday despite:
1. On the website saying it takes up to 3 business days to finish an order
2. Me actually calling on Friday and asking if it would be possible to finish by Saturday, since like I said Tuesday is too far away. I got verbal confirmation that it would be done by Saturday, Sunday at latest. Like I said now it's Tuesday so 5 full working days passed, 2 of which were after the promised date.

Knowing what I know I would have cancelled the order. But one thing is sure I am not ordering a single thing from this store since I'll prob die of old age quicker than get a single item done. Disgraceful

Had a few items printed here DTG, 1 item was 100% cotton and the other was 100% polyester. Sent them my logo and they were able to scale and apply; doing a wonderful job. Excellent quality of work especially from Jeremiah & Aniyah! They are very specific and double/triple check to ensure the accuracy of your needs. Darren, the manager I believe is a wonderful gentleman. The type of person you want to lead a great staff. He provides the utmost customer service and is great the chat with. Overall would recommend this service to anyone looking to have their items printed asap. Can’t guarantee they’ll do it asap, but the turn around time has been stellar for me. Helps me save on parking for sure.

Amazing company! Darren is a one of a kind professional business owner. It's a very rewarding feeling when you place an order (over the phone at that) and NOT have any issues or complications from start to finish. The shirt I received is awesome quality too! I was expecting it to be the uncomfortable kind of shirt because it was such a good price but it was the exact opposite! I absolutely would recommend Darren's company to anyone looking for custom t-shirts!

I used to believe that the customer service was beyond excellent... Not so much now... Called yesterday to see if I could order a shirt over the phone because I can't physically get to the location, I was instructed to use their website. I started a project yesterday, the site is down today. I called to ask what can be done because the site is down, the male who answered the phone literally said "Damn, the site is down, the most I can tell you is to come in"... That's it, no type of initiative to help...
I'll take my money where it's wanted...
