I’ve booked with this company over the last five years and the attendance are always so personable and helpful. We had Trudie for our Halloween party and she did such a great job with the guest! This are extremely flexible and professional. Will be booking again for our Christmas party

I'm writing this review as a groomsman who attended and was part of a wedding using Party Favor Photo's service. While I wasn't the direct point of contact for the vendor, as a member of the wedding party, I had more interaction with them than your average guest.

Their photo quality is fine. The attendant was also mostly helpful but there were a handful of times where they went MIA. This is notable because the photo booth is not self service so guests had to wait for them to come back. But still, not a huge deal and they mostly provided an okay service. If I were just to rate my experience, I'd give them a 3/5. Nothing of note.

Here's why I'm writing this review.

After the wedding, they were supposed to provide a digital album available for guests to view their photos and download them. So I asked my friend, the groom, about it and he told me that the vendor, Joe L, deleted their photos after he sent Joe L some constructive feedback about what I mentioned above (and I'm sure other things that I missed). Joe L was so immature that during this exchange, he deleted my friend's photos and kept all of the money involved in the contract.

How does a human being delete a couple's photos from their wedding out of spite? As a fellow Joe I'm disappointed.

The level of unprofessionalism to my friend, the groom, and literally a guy paying his bills, was absolutely unacceptable. Do not book Party Favor Photo.

I had the best experience with Party Favor Photo booths, Joe was so patient with me and all my questions. We designed my background a few times but the team was easy to work with and communicated in a timely manner. All of our guest loved the photo booth! And it was the best and easiest decision my husband and I made for our wedding! Highly recommend! Our wedding photo guest book turned out super cute!

This review has been long due for a year, but I withheld my judgement because the owner offered to give us a free session as conciliation for their unsatisfactory service. Our three emails to the owner Joe asking for him to make good on his promise have been left unanswered, so be wary of the comments below suggesting that the owner will give a free service when this is not true.

Last year, our college program decided to use their services and was met with unsatisfactory service before and during the event. 1. Before the event I sent clear suggestions on what I wanted the layout of the print to be, even going the mile by creating the exact template I wanted in photoshop and providing the file. Instead they gave me a generic print made on microsoft ppt or whatever idk (see photos). All the effort of giving ideas of what we wanted were ignored till I pestered them to give me something similar to what I had given them in the first place.
2. On the day of the event, Briana the attendant was wonderful and welcoming and lovely. I have no complaints about her service. However, the backdrop I requested was not brought to the event. I was told that backdrop was destroyed in a previous event.
3. When setting up, the attendant dropped the printer and the cable attaching the set up to the camera and so there were no printed photos at the event. They kept on informing me that someone would be coming with a replacement cable, till 2 hours into the event where they told me they would be unable to get someone out. What's the point of a photobooth if the photos aren't given out then and there? They did give me the printouts after the event, but many of the photos were thrown out as I had trouble getting to everyone post-event.
4. The owner Joe promised an 'on the house event' but when I went to redeem this offer, I was met with silence.

I don't mean to belittle a small business but this is a little ridiculous that an offer was given and then not met. I am perfectly willing to remove this review if we are given what we are promised, but after 3 unanswered emails, I'm not convinced that we weren't swindled.

Party Favor was AMAZING!!! From start to finish my entire experience was great! They brought their booth to our wedding and with Joe as the host it quickly became a hot spot at our venue. The pictures were extremely great quality, we received them all quick and easy and everyone LOVED the booth. The team was very flexible and helpful when it came to creating the background and set up! From different fonts to backgrounds and color schemes I was truly amazed at how great of a job was done. I would not only book them again but I will be suggesting them to everyone I know!

We had a very disappointing experience with Party Favor Photo Booths, who we hired for my daughter's graduation party. Problems with their equipment led to many guests leaving without printed pictures. They really had one job - deliver printed party favor photos - and they were failing to do that. The tech issues were finally resolved and some pictures got printed, but the primary staff person was moody to the point that it was a topic of discussion among the guests.

We had such a great experience with Party Favor Photo. The team was so easy to work with. We were easily able to book them, and choose the details and design for our print out photo strips. When we had to postpone, they were so accommodating, flexible, and understanding. We did not have any issues keeping them as our vendor for our new date, and there were no extra fees or additional steps. The attendant was great and set up was done on time. They also sent a full gallery of our guests' pictures within 24 hours! We are so happy we chose them and 100% recommend them to anyone seeking a photo booth for their wedding. Their price and quality cannot be beat!

5-star experience! Mr. Lee at Party Favor Photo was so kind and patient in getting our wedding photo booth experienced prepared and was able to customize our photo according to our likes and color scheme. Even afterwards, quick turn around for a gallery of all our guests who used the photo booth. Timely, organized, and clean business. Highly recommend for weddings or any event where you want a photo booth!
