Mike's Camera Inc Lone Tree

I wanted to get my kid a compact point-and-shoot. So I went in there and the sales guy instead of being informative said they’re about 500 bucks. Way out of my price range for what I’m trying to do. So I mentioned that and he said well. The next thing down is 100 bucks. So I said wow that’s a pretty big variation in pricing. I’m worried if I get or some thing that’s 100 bucks if it’s going to be a piece of crap and he said, “probably” . That’s where he left it and I can tell he didn’t wanna help so I just left. I can get better help then that at Costco! What a joke. That being said, right after I wrote my review, I went back in and spoke to the manager. Because I drove 30 minutes to get here. The manager was great. He was patient. He explained everything and he found all kinds of stuff in the same area where the sales person pointed that was between two and 350 bucks. He totally understood that his sales guy pretty much sucked. Whether he does something about it or not it’s not my problem. That’s Mike’s Camera’s problem. So I raised my review from a one star to a two star. I didn’t buy anything because the price is pretty high and I want to see if they go down for Black Friday or if I can find a better price somewhere else. But the manager was quite helpful. It just sucks that I had to go to him to get help .

My photo lab and camera store of choice! While I don't typically buy gear or film here, getting my photos developed has always been a great experience. I joined their smile club to get discounts on film developing and their membership pays for itself with cheap renewals, you'll end up saving a lot if you have a lot of 35mm film you need to develop throughout the year. I always do a normal resolution scan that they send to my email with my development service and I pick up my negatives after. They've taken care of me too when I inevitably shoot blanks from manual SLRs I've collected over the years with light meters that are less than accurate 🙃🙃. When a blank roll comes out theyll give me a voucher so I can hopefully try again and get some clear photos. I shoot photos fearlessly knowing this photo lab has my back as I try (and sometimes fail) to take photos properly. They're amazing.

Huge shoutout to Fulton at the Lone Tree Mike's Camera! I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to step into one of their locations. Having a local store with such knowledgeable staff and the convenience of grabbing gear the same day is a total game-changer. Fulton was incredibly helpful with my Nikon gear search, and I’ve still got a few items left on my wish list. You can bet I’ll be back soon to check them off!

Great experience trading in equipment and buying new & used camera gear at the Lone Tree location. My salesperson was Fulton, and he was knowledgeable and attentive through the whole process.

Having lived in the area for many many years, I had never visited Mikes Camera. But recently, needed to have a document framed so decided to stop in to see what was offered in the store. I found a very pretty well-priced frame which was perfect for my needs. I worked with Ben who was so very helpful, suggesting several options for me to consider. He was both professional and kind showing me that he was most interested in making sure that I was a well-pleased customer. Karina offered to help provide an extra service over and above my expectations which was also most helpful. Ben took the time to explain some of the many services offered for printing, digitizing etc. Together they made me feel really good about having chosen to visot their store I will be returning.

They made it better. They have a worthless employee but thankfully after speaking with the manager they really stepped up. So my review went from a 1 star to a two star and then it became a 4 star. In the end they took the win. Thanks Mikes Camera.

Mike's cameras in Lone Tree is always helpful whenever I need them. On 09/15/2024@ 15:18, the man who helped us put photos onto a flash drive, Daniel, was awesome. Very knowledgeable and we ended up with exactly what we need. Thanks Mike's Camera & Daniel.
