Mika is fabulous! She is an excellent photographer and has such an eye for details. Her professional and friendly demeanor makes it so easy to work with her, and she encourages her clients to be themselves in whatever form that is! We had an all-inclusive micro-wedding at Ivory Foundry back in November 2023, and Mika was our assigned photographer.

Considering we went the “all-inclusive” route, we did not get to pick who our photographer was, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. Let me say…I could not be happier with how our photos turned out!

Mika did such a phenomenal job and I will absolutely be calling her for future photography needs.

I think the photos speak for themselves, but even the day-of coordination, Mika was amazing to work with!

We were running behind schedule at one point because hair & makeup took too long. We’d planned on going to a nearby park to get sunset pictures, but I was nervous we wouldn’t have time. Mika sprung into action, grabbed her keys, and drove us there. We tackled our couples photos as we waited for the rest of our wedding party to show up.

Mika also did a great job of herding our families and friends into group photos after the ceremony.

Mika gave us our “sneak peaks” within 48 hours, and returned all of our photos about 8-weeks after our wedding date. (Which is pretty standard for the industry, but Thanksgiving and Christmas immediately followed our wedding too so she may be even quicker when its not the holiday season!)

After she returned the photos, I had two small requests, which she handled in a timely manner.

I truly can’t recommend Mika enough!

Working with Mika was an absolute joy from start to finish! She photographed both our engagement session and our wedding day, and we couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. Mika was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions and offering location suggestions for both days.

On our wedding day, Mika went above and beyond, even helping to transport my husband and me to our offsite photo locations, which was such a huge relief! One of my concerns about taking photos was that we might look too posed, but Mika was fantastic at guiding us through the process and making it fun!

After the wedding, we were thrilled by how quickly Mika sent us sneak peeks and how many there were! We are so happy with how everything turned out. We highly recommend her for anyone looking for a talented, professional photographer for their big day!

Mika was the most amazing photographer to work with for our wedding! She did such a great job on both our engagement & wedding photos. She is also so accommodating and captured the most beautiful photos of our dog! She made sure to capture everything that I specifically requested on our big day and I can’t recommend her enough. Mika is great at time management and her photos always turn out amazing! She always gives you a sneak preview within days before you receive the full gallery in color and black and white. 10/10 recommend

Mika did such an amazing job with both our engagement and wedding photos! From the beginning, she was very communicative and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our special day went smoothly. She and her second photographer were so creative with the photos and did wonderful with our poses as two people who rarely take professional photos. Every special moment was captured beautifully! In addition, the online portal had helpful tips such as wedding timeline advice, vendor advice, and access to our photos in an easy way to view and download. I highly recommend Mika to anyone searching for a detailed, kind, friendly, and talented photographer!

It took me a long time to write this review because I just couldn't put into words how grateful I am for this photographer. Mika gave us an amazing overall experience from start to finish. As someone with chronic back issues she was very understanding towards she was very understanding and took the time to make sure I was okay at all times throughout the day and we took breaks as I needed them. Every photo that she took was thoughtful and will hold a forever place in my heart. There's not one photo that I feel like is missing in my album. Thank you so much Mika for giving me the best memories of my wedding. I will always appreciate you and WILL be recommending you to others.
