As a mom of a former Senior, I can highly recommend working with Maria! She has such a fun, warm, welcoming, delightful and amazing personality. Maria is a true professional who went Above and Beyond to consult with my daughter and provided space for tons of questions and time for authentic communication! She made the whole experience from booking the session, zooming about fashion choices, makeup and hair referrals seamless, and we really enjoyed quality time talking about the entire process. Maria truly listened to my daughter and brought such joy and laughter into the photo shoot. Pure sunshine on Earth and never ending smiles is what comes to my mind every single time I think of Maria. I’m so grateful to have worked with someone so kind, so empowering, so inspiring, and so genuine. The high school senior session was absolutely a dream- I legit had the BEST time frolicking around in the fields and grass, and having so much REAL fun! I felt so safe in an environment that fostered confidence, encouraged authenticity, and where I could 100% be myself. From the initial meeting all the way to the literal shoot, and to now, one thing has remained the same - my day being brightened by Maria’s presence. Ms. Ortiz is absolutely amazing!! She is so kind and just the best photographer! The pictures turned out beautifully and the experience was awesome! This kind of thing was something that was kind of out of the ordinary for me but Ms. Ortiz made me feel so special! I couldn’t have had a better experience during my senior photo shoot. Maria is such a talented photographer and such a sweet person! I was definitely nervous going into my session, but Maria guided me through every step and made sure I was extremely prepared for the day of the shoot. Personally I was worried about poses and outfit variety, but Maria knew exactly what to say and do to make feel super confident during my shoot.

I highly recommend working with Maria for your senior photos! The process was excellent, she was involved every step of the way from helping my daughter choose the appropriate outfits and appropriate locations, for her shoot. She spent a lot of time getting to know my daughter, and helping her choose things that would reflect her specifically and her senior and high school experience. She thinks about things that we would never have thought of. The photos were absolutely amazing. I could never have imagined it turning out so beautifully. She connected us with a hairstylist and makeup artist, and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. I would recommend using Maria without hesitation!

The senior experience with Maria was truly amazing and I highly recommend her. From the initial consult to the final delivery of portraits, she was not only professional but also so kind, personable and patient. She relates to teens naturally and made my daughter feel at ease. This allowed her to capture natural and beautiful images, which we will treasure. Allowing us to have photos taken in two locations was a bonus. What a fun experience and gorgeous products!
