My family and I had an amazing session with Maria. She was so sweet and lots of fun but also paid very close attention to detail. She made everyone feel comfortable and she just made it so much fun. You can tell she really loves what she does and it also shows in her work. The whole experience was amazing. I wish we could’ve afforded more but seeing how she captured us as a family during the selection process was just absolutely breathtaking and fun! Very high class and definitely worth the experience.

Entered a giveaway through social media for a free 14" portrait of my pet. They called to inform me of receiving the certificate and scheduled our shoot with the understanding that we needed to put down a $300 refundable deposit in case of cancellation or any damage to the set. I brought my cat to the shoot and had a great time (no damage to the set occurred)! The photographer was amazing and my cat was very happy with the treats she got. They did have technical difficulties that required us to schedule a Zoom session the next day (day of writing review) to look over the photos taken the day before. The photos were beautiful and I signed an agreement for the portrait that the certificate covered. Agreement states no refunds on package purchases as well as the fact that Mallory Portraits owns the rights to the photos and can be used in advertising. If I could have afforded it, I definitely would have purchased a package. Now we wait for the deposit to be refunded and the portrait to arrive (will update when received).

I highly recommend Mallory Portraits for pet photos at this time. The pictures were stunning and everyone was very professional and kind. It is definitely expensive, but I am grateful they offer the certificate to cover a 14" portrait. Thank you!

After receiving the final product I have to say that this turned out even better than expected. This is an incredibly high quality print that I will cherish forever.

I came to Mallory Portraits from an Instagram promotion (may have been Facebook) for my dog, Bradley. First and foremost I must say that Courtney and Bryce are incredible people. The entire experience was overwhelmingly positive. Everyone was kind and patient, and the quality of work is superb. They treated me and my dog with utmost respect and provided a thorough overview of their options. It was an unforgettable experience and I will return.

The attached photo is not the final result, it is a 2”x1” reference photo, it does not do the final product justice.

After reading some other reviews I should also mention I paid a $300 deposit that was refunded after I chose to stick with a 14” print copy. I was offered multiple compelling upgrade options, to which I declined. I in no way felt coerced or forced into purchasing. It truly was a pleasant experience.

Thank you, Mallory Portraits! My family member and I participated in the Animalia photography session with our pups. Photographer was highly skilled with a camera (and awesome with the doggos, too). Waiting area was clean, relaxed, beautifully decorated; oh, and dogs allowed on furniture (awesome).

We ended upgrading to a 20” realistic portrait; however, if all you do is the free 14” this is absolutely great value. Even IF you do upgrade, still an immense value; I cannot wait for it to arrive, and to see it on the wall!

I do want to add — initially, I had an issue with some of the pricing details. I find it’s important to note when a business goes above and beyond to make a customer happy and to not focus on the initial negative aspects. Annah and I met on Zoom and I was able to obtain more digital photos which is what I had wanted. I’d like to personally thank Mallory Portraits for this special and cherished moment with our dogs — and moreover, to Annah for going way, way, way above-and-beyond to ensure my concerns where valued. Thank you to everyone involved.

I highly, highly recommend getting portraits done here with your pets if you’re considering doing so. 5*!!!

I had an amazing experience at Mallory Portraits. My 2 year old daughter is not always the easiest especially when it comes to photographs but Maria the photographer was absolutely lovely and went with the flow of what my 2 year old wanted and was willing to do. I have never felt so beautiful in a photograph and so comfortable during the process and the end results were absolutely stunning. As a mother you’re usually the one behind the camera and not in photos with your children so this was a beautiful experience and Mallory portraits made the process super easy and fun!

Thank you so much! It was an amazing experience for my pups and nothing I ever thought I would do. But great marketing leads to great business. I planned on going in there for just a free portrait promotion that I was selected for and because you guys were so kind and amazing to work with, there was no way I could leave without making a purchase. I didn’t feel pressured whatsoever, I could have easily said no but they showed me a couple packages to get more than just the 14” portrait and I appreciated the options and under up upgrading. Thank you for having payment plan options! Customer service was top notch! And you had such a comfortable environment for me and my pups. Megan, the photographer, (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) was so personable and patient and I can’t thank you both enough for creating such a memorable experience. Never stop doing what you guys do because it was amazing!

Avoid--misleading and overpriced.
We were told we "won" a free portrait session, which sounded like a great opportunity. When we arrived for the shoot, the session was fine and the photographer was friendly. However, after the shoot, we were hit with high-pressure sales tactics and told that the 5 photos we liked would cost thousands of dollars. The "free giveaway" was clearly just bait to get us in the door.

What's worse is that I've had several professional photos taken before for a fraction of the price, with much better quality and a larger number of images. The whole experience felt more like a sales trap than a legitimate photography session.

I would strongly recommend others stay away from MALLORY PORTRAITS and spend their money elsewhere with a business that is upfront and honest about pricing.

Maria was phenomenal with my dog and the pictures are gorgeous! Everyone was very nice, friendly, and professional as well. It's a bit pricey, but they do put a lot of effort into their work, presentation, and aesthetic. The studio itself is inside another building, it's accessible and there is a free off-street parking lot right outside. Thank you to Mallory Portraits for the wonderful photos we will cherish ❤️
