This was my first time working with Mackenzie for my daughters 1st birthday pictures . We had been with another photographer through our engagement, wedding and two kids and she recently stepped away from photography so we were looking for someone with similar styles. We were a little worried about the experience because we had been with someone else for so long but Mackenzie blew us away. The little things like scheduling, payment, communication were all extremely easy. The session she made my kids feel super comfortable and even got a few laughs out of our at times serious faced little one. We received the pictures and a surprise video super quickly and we were blown away. Excited to continue to work with you, Mackenzie! Thanks for everything!

We have worked with Mackenzie multiple times for family pictures. She is really patient and attentive with kids, but quick to get the pictures. Even brief smiles are caught!

She is thorough and thoughtful in edits, and our galleries have always been returned quickly. She’s responsive and has re-edited images (fixing stray hair, adjusting background foliage, color correction, etc.) to fit our preferences. We’re always pleased with what we get back and would definitely work with Mackenzie again in the future.

I found Mackenzie through a local market and I'm so glad I did! We did an in-home lifestyle newborn. She arranged a phone call prior to our session to get to know our family and discuss vision for the shoot. The day of the shoot, she made everyone feel comfortable and kept things fun; easy, natural, no pressure photos (and I have a toddler and a husband who doesn't like his photo taken)! The photos turned out SO good. Mackenzie beautifully captured the emotions and feelings of this time of our lives. I can feel the joy as I look at our gallery. She also put together a slideshow of the photos to music and it's so well done. Even my toddler requests to watch it repeatedly! I highly recommend Mackenzie!!
