Yes this store has all of your holiday ornaments, but what they don't have is customer service. My wife and I were passing through this area on a road trip and we saw the hallmark store and figured it was a great time to stop and pick up our yearly Christmas ornaments since we didn't have our son with us. We went in and as we were browsing I asked the two ladies working there if they by chance had a restroom I could use. They quickly replied no and that I should "walk over to McDonalds" Needless to say though I will continue to buy our hallmark ornaments each year it will for sure never be at this place. I've never met such rude people in customer service.

This store has so many beautiful fun cards with a nice gift selection. Plus it’s extremely clean , and well organized which makes shopping so easy .This store provided terrific customer service, Marylyn was my cashier so sweet and helpful, and now I am signed up for the crown rewards and she explained everything. I highly recommend this store.

Terrible customer service. I waited in line to ask for an item I wanted to purchase. The woman at the register said they did not have it in stock, so I asked if she could check with another location, and her response was, "I don't have time." I was willing to go and pick the item up. I guess I was not as important as the next customer. I will not shop there again.

I love this store. I have always had a wonderful experience. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Susan is wonderful. I shop here often but this time of year when things get hectic I can always count on an almost calming experience here. Thank you to all of the staff at the Lawrenceburg Hallmark on Eads Pkwy!

purchased a headband 12/13/23 that i did not end up needing & upon my attempt to return within the 30 days, was told that i could not due to it being a christmas item? nowhere was i informed of this policy? worker said “it’s on the sign” — hmm. NOT SURE WHERE THIS SIGN WAS WHEN I MADE THE PURCHASE.

We came in to get stationary for my mother-in-law. To our happy surprise, they were buy one get one free. After deciding which to get, we went to pay, that's when we were told that the ones we picked out weren't included in the sale. So we went back and picked up two different ones. They weren't included either. We asked which were included, and we were told, "I don't know". So instead of actually helping us, we were expected to keep bringing up stationary after stationary to see which were included and which weren't. We ended up putting back everything else that we were going to buy and left the store. So Hallmark missed out on a $60+ sale. I guess you can afford loosing myself and my wife as customers.

I find this store sometimes frustrating. On August 30, 2019, I made a purchase of $3.35 and used a Hallmark gift card, which had $5.00 on it. I went back the next day and purchased some cards and wanted to use the gift card. The person and her supervisor both said there was no money on the card. I even went back a third time with my first receipt that clearly states "Remaining Balance" $1.65. So never use a gift card at this Hallmark store. I did not receive any money from the card. Some companies just give you the remaining small amount of money just to zero out the card. This is a small amount of money, but it is still frustrating because salespeople do not understand how to correctly ring up sales at this store.
