I would recommend any other photographers for your school pictures. Absolutely horrible business to deal with. They say they give back to the school, but seriously is it worth the shotty work. Now their customer service is absolutely disgusting and you will be lucky if you can understand them. It took me at least 6 phone calls and 16 emails just to get to the proofs of school pictures.

Cute pics of my daughter for her preschool but the pricing is absolutely ridiculous. $75 for three DIGITAL prints. Then when most places deliver the digital prints almost immediately, they tell you it will be 5-7 business days, and I didn’t even choose the “retouch” option. If I ever see this company for school photos again, I’ll pass on buying them.

I love having the updated school photos of my kids each year to see how much they're growing/changing but I question why I do it every year. I am a very laid back /easy going person who tries to give people the benefit of the doubt and multiple chances. I know things happen. But, its to the point now those extra chances are out and I'm seriously considering never buying pictures again. 4 Years in a Row they have NOT gotten our pictures to us on delivery. We have ordered both ways (1-Sent the physical order form in on picture day & 2-We have prepaid online. We can clearly see where our checks are being cashed, cards being swiped and they are receiving their money). However, we always receive the watermarked "Order your pics today" when the kids are given their pictures back at school. When you call, you can NEVER get anyone to answer/call you back. Seriously the Worst customer service ever!! I'm pretty sure the only reason they're still in business is because they're the only 'School photo/yearbook' people around. Needs new management and someone who cares.

Would rate 0 but you have to put a star. My son graduated June 9. Today, July 18 is when one TINY proof came in the form of an order form. For over a month I have been going back and forth with them in emails because my code to see the picture online, NEVER WORKED! They sent multiple codes, none worked. Then they asked me the same questions over and over again to "get more info about my son" they have yet to identify him even through name online. So naturally when it came in the mail I thought, "great, no more drama" WRONG the picture was horrid (see attached) you cant even see his face clearly. My sister and I did better pictures with our cell phones. Please don't waste your money!

I'm very frustrated with Lifetouch right now. They switched to using Photoday for our school pictures this year. They offered us a package to buy ahead of time which would allow us to avoid paying shipping when we placed the orders... but they never provided the code that would actually allow us to order it ahead of time so now we'll have to pay shipping for each package on my children. Then the pictures on my child that wears glasses were terrible. I could see the photographers umbrella in her glasses, not to mention they were horribly off centered. (Btw..The photographer told my child that it was their first time doing school pictures.) She had pictures done again on retake day, Oct. 14th. I've YET to get the access code to even view those pictures, much less order them. Christmas is nearly here, if I ever do get the code there's no way I can place an order and have it here in time for Christmas. I've called twice (both calls took well over an hour to even speak to someone) and I was told they'd find the pictures and send me the code. First time was 7-10 business days (that call was made on Nov 14th.. still no code). Second call was Dec. 3rd & I was told they were in the process of uploading them and it would be complete by Dec. 6th. I asked if he was sure because I was told last time they're have it done in so many days and it wasn't. He assured me it would be. As you can see, it's Dec. 8th. I STILL don't have the code! This is ridiculous!!

Awful website and no customer service available. They provide and event code that their own website is unable to find, same thig happens with the picture access code. In website it says that you can connect you student with his student id, which doesn't work either. Their chat bot crashes every time; the 877-791-1676 provided does not work either since it always busy and call doesn't go through. If I could give them a negative star rating I would, one star is way more than they deserve.

Would leave zero stars if I could. You cannot reach anyone by phone; you are encouraged to chat. When they get tired of chatting with you/don't want to help you, they just stop responding. Lifetouch lost the photos they took of my child's sports team in Oct 2023 and didn't tell anyone. I messaged and spoke with multiple people and kept being pushed off for months until I finally requested a supervisor who told me the pictures were lost. I was offered a refund which I declined because I was going to ask the school to retake the team pictures. After we retook the photos in spring, I thought it might be easier to place a new order and request a refund for the first order; I spent almost twice as much as I did the first time because they changed their packages from fall to spring. I have been messaging for weeks again trying to get a refund. I realized in looking at my order that I used a Visa gift card to pay for the pictures the first time, so I no longer have access to the card to access any refund (my mistake, lesson learned). I requested a check instead; was told I couldn't receive a check and it would have to go back on the original card. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told they would call me back within 24 hours, there is no one available to speak to today. Then, I asked if they would just refund the same amount as the first order back to the payment method used on my second order. They looked into it and suddenly they found that a refund had been processed in February for the first order - two days after I had spoken to the supervisor the first time and told her I didn't want a refund yet. I didn't receive the crappy pictures I ordered, and I can't access my refund now, if there was one. TLDR; only use a credit card to make your purchase so you can dispute the charge when you don't receive what they will inevitably lose.
