Pague las foto de mi hijo de 5 grado por error y no me han regresado el dinero hasta la fecha he dejado correos y a un no tengo respuesta para solucionar el problema

Lifetouch pictures are garbage. Every time my daughter take pictures standing, her legs are cut off from the knees down. It looks dumb. They should be ashamed. I wish the schools would find another company for school pictures. Lifetouch kick rocks! I can do better with my cell phone. Yall are no longer professionals. Let it go Lifetouch

Unlike other reviews on here, my wife and I were actually pleased with some of our pictures. However that's where my kind words end. Lifetouch's online system is not intuitive and it prioritizes gouging parents pocket books over providing a quality experience. Their system only surrenders the ability to select specific prints after it mandates that you select an outrageously overpriced package. If you want the digital prints, of your own kids, that'll be close to $90.... They're overpriced and ultimately hold parents hostage for what should be a fun annual event of school pictures. Lose the greed and be a better company.

Absolutely terrible company! Do these people not do what they can to make the child look good for a photograph. I got pre-k pictures of my daughter and she wasn't even looking at the camera, she was looking off to the left. Then her graduation pictures I let her wear her hair down and her hair was sticking out the side of her cap on one side. The other side looked good, but the other side looks terrible and all they had to do was run a finger through it or put her hair behind her ears. They need to treat all the kids like they are their kids and ask themselves if they would be happy with some of the poses they get of these kids.

No stars due to no communication on delay of photos as well as given several dates as to when photos would be ready, & saying that photos were mailed out twice when they had not been. I ended up canceling & being refunded. Upsetting & disappointed because these were my 1st born grandson's 1st Kindergarten photos & I could not wait to share the large package ordered with our family & friends. I did reach out to the school as well about the overall poor communication & just that life touch not apologetic about anything. I will not spend my hard earned money with life touch again, the lack of professionalism & customer service says a lot. Do better.

For the past 3 years I have had to ask for a full refund for my kids pictures. As long as this company has been around you would think they would upgrade their equipment to accommodate all kids!! This company does not consider all the kids that wear glasses. The only option they give kids with glasses is to look at the floor or completely take their glasses off! I am going to ask the PTA committee to consider taking their business somewhere else.

Many times I have bought photographs from them and there are details that I have not liked and I have let it go but I think that if it is a company with enough experience it is so that they take more care in each photograph, that they take care of the children and if they do not help them Look good in the photograph, at least give them an idea of ​​how to fit their clothes, their hair, my girl had her 5th grade graduation shots taken and the truth was I didn't like it. and I think I'm not the only one.
