Leanna is wonderful to work with! We’ve booked her holiday mini sessions 2 years in a row after my daughter was born and it’s come to be one of my favorite holiday traditions to kickoff the holiday season with my family. She makes everything so easy offering these sessions early in the season to allow for plenty of time to order your Christmas cards by Thanksgiving. Leanna makes you feel so welcome in her home with her sweet, warm personality and amazing photography skills to capture those special moments. She also makes it a whole experience with the best Santa around 🙂 her lovely decorated home and cookies and cocoa to enjoy. Working with her is truly a special experience I recommend highly!

Santa Session Nov 2019:

I cannot recommend Leanna Woodley Photography enough! My children LOVE going to her studio to take photos because Leanna treats us like family. She is so sweet and kind. We did the Holly Jolly Santa package with her and it was SO SPECIAL! Her studio looked like Winter Wonderland! Complete with a friendly elf who greets you and most importantly, the best Santa ever. He was so gentle and amazing and my young boys loved interacting with Santa. We even got to do an outfit change so that we could get them in their Christmas best AND Christmas Jammies. Leanna got every shot that I hoped for and there were 2-3 different backgrounds to mix it up and keep photos fresh. The absolute best part of the photo shoot was the Hot Cocoa and Cookies afterwards. In the lounge, there was a banquet of organic Christmas cookies, chocolates and sweet & salty treats for the whole family. The friendly elf served up hot cocoa in cute cups that the kids got to decorate with fun stickers. Leanna goes the extra mile to make people feel like a beloved family member and not just like a client. Thank you for making our Santa photos so magical Leanna!

Tea Party Session May 2019: I highly recommend getting your family photos done with Leanna Woodley Photography! My boys did the Teddy Bear Tea Party and it was SO MAGICAL. Leanna was so sweet and professional and made my children feel comfortable. My youngest has a hard time sitting still but Leanna had the ability to make my youngest feel safe and at ease which I was so grateful for. She really knows how to cater to children's needs and gains their trust, which helped my kids respond to her better and make for great photos. Leanna has great attention to even the smallest of details and the setting was so beautiful and fun for my kids, they didn't want to leave! Watching my boys enjoy having their photos taken brought me so much joy! I love Leanna's editing style, it's bright and really emphasizes the innocence of children. My family and I felt so loved while we were there, she really treats you like family. I loved every minute of the whole experience and cannot wait to do it again!

We did a Santa mini-session with Leanna Woodley Photography and it was such a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was very calming and super festive (we loved having cookies and cocoa after pics!) The sets for the pictures were beautiful and everyone involved was so friendly, which just added to the pleasant experience. Santa was also very amazing with both my girls (age 4 and age 4 months). Leanna was very responsive with any questions I had. I highly recommended her!

I loved working with this photographer for our family and newborn photos. Leanna is very knowledgeable with newborn safety and poses. She also has a simply elegant studio with a variety of props and outfit pieces for newborns. Not only did I feel safe letting her work with my newborn and family, but she also had adorable props to create keepsake photos. Leanna captured some absolutely stunning images of my newborn and managed to capture some amazing family pictures which is not an easy feat with a toddler! She was easy to work with, super clear with all of her correspondence with me, and very pleasant to spend the afternoon with during pictures. Working with her was a dream and I highly recommend using her services for photography.
