We were a bit nervous about having strangers in our home for our first-ever home photoshoot. However, Kristen immediately put us at ease with her warm and welcoming demeanor. Her pre-shoot questionnaire made us feel like she already knew us, creating a relaxed atmosphere from the start.

We were absolutely blown away by the final photos. Kristen has a remarkable ability to capture genuine moments and personalities. It felt like she was part of the family, and the images perfectly reflect our home life.

Words cannot express how amazing Kristen is. You not only get wonderful photos when working with Kristen, but you also get an experience that your entire family remembers. We have no idea how Kristen is able to capture such beautiful photos when in the mix of toddler and child chaos, but she does. Taking photos abroad feels like a big risk because you’re only there for a short time and it wouldn’t be possible for a re-do once you’re back home.

But luckily, no re-do was needed! Thanks to Kristen for being so communicative leading up to our shoot. The videos she sent to explain each step was so helpful in building trust and making me feel comfortable from the get go. She also accommodated with pushing back our shoot from morning to afternoon due to the rainy weather.

Kristen was amazing with our kids! It’s so hard to get them to look at the camera much less smile but she worked some unbelievable magic. They liked her so much that they were ready to walk home with her at the end.

100% would recommend Kristen to anyone looking to do a session in Tokyo. 10/10 for communication, personality, and the sweetest family photos.

自宅にカメラマンの方に来て頂くのは初めてだったので、どこまで片付ければいいのか、どこで撮影するんだろう、どんな服を着ればいいのかな、と思っていました。

当日はあまり片付けが万全ではなかったのですが、クリスティンさんが「ここの荷物だけ他の部屋に移動しましょう」などテキパキ写真の写りを考慮して指示をしてくださったので、助かりました。

クリスティンさんが撮る写真は、私たちの日常を切り取るような自然なシーンが多いです。だからこそ、10年後に写真を見た時に、自分たちの毎日を思い出せるような愛おしい気持ちになるように思います。

私は子供たちと料理をして食事をしている所を撮影してもらいました。子供たちが大きくなったときに、家でみんなで作ってごはんを楽しく食べた思い出がずっと残ると嬉しいと思いました。

自分たちが普段使っている思い入れのあるフライパンや包丁、まな板で料理をして、だいじにしている食器で一緒にご飯を食べるシーンは自宅で撮影したからこそ残せた大切な思い出です。

家族や友人、大切な人やペットとの日常を思い出として残したい方におすすめします。事前の聞き取りも丁寧にしてくださるので、どんな想いでどんな思い出を残したいのかを理解してもらうことができます。

私は家族との思い出がつまっている自宅だからこそ、子供たちとペットとの大切な思い出を切り取るような素敵な写真を撮ってもらうことができて、一生の宝物になりました。

We travelled to Tokyo from Chicago and decided to do a family photoshoot. Choosing from a ton of photographers in Tokyo was slightly overwhelming but as soon as I came across Kristin's website I knew this was a good fit. She shared information is such an easy way, and even included a Loom video on how the pricing works etc. We did the photo shoot on Shibuya crossing and a few other spots nearby that Kristen suggested and it was a blast! She gave a ton of guidance and we all had so much fun. You can see in our pictures how at ease everyone was and they don't look staged, just a family having fun in Tokyo. I'd recommend Kristen for anyone looking for a photographer for any occasion!

夏の暑い時期に家族写真を撮ってくれました！撮影日の前からも親身に相談に乗ってくれたり、服のコーディネートのアドバイス、またどんなイメージの家族写真にしたいのかなどなどとてもよくしてもらいました。円滑なコミュニケーションのおかげでなんの心配もなく当日の写真撮影に臨めました。撮影予定日は家族の1人が熱を出してしまいましたがその時も快く日にちの変更をしてくれました。撮影当日は色々ポーズの仕方を教えてくれたり家族でアクティビティーの１つとして楽しい思い出になりました。沢山ハズレなフォトグラファーもいる中、Kristen さんは貴重な信頼できる、そして腕もいいフォトグラファーです！是非来年もお願いしたいです！

We had a lovely experience having Kristen photograph our family! My husband and I had planned to take our two young kids on their first international trip to Japan this spring. It ended up being a special reunion with my husband's side of the family, so I really wanted to capture some family photos while we were there. From the initial inquiry, Kristen was very responsive. Communication was very fast and smooth for the entire process from booking the session to meeting up in person at a park in Tokyo. She had me share a shot list ahead of time to help us be prepared and on the day of, and she honored all of my requests and captured everything on the list. The actual shoot was a great experience - Kristen was a natural directing all 8 of us from behind the camera and truly an expert when it came to talking to our kids! If you want a fun, easygoing, and experienced family photographer, I would not hesitate to reach out to Kristen!

桜の季節のイメージにあわせて、自然体な感じの家族写真を撮って欲しいとお願いしました。事前に洋服の相談にのってもらえたのが驚き、おかげで最高の写真になりました！！

自然体な写真を自分で撮るって難しいけど、どこを見たらいいかとか、具体的に教えてくれます(^^)おしゃべりしながらとか歩きながらとか、目線はとか、当日は楽しく撮影できました❤️
