Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My family visited this establishment on 3.2.2025, we drove from green lake- roughly 35 min Dr-to have some fun on a Sunday. My 6 year old after getting his skates wasn’t feeling well, so not even there 5 min, and he never actually put his skates on, I went to return his skates and they refused to refund me for his skates. I went on to buy 2 slushies for my other 2 children, and was charged 8 dollars for 2 slushies. Big disappointment, makes me want to open my own skating rink, just to give them a run for their money!

my family had a great time. between the skating and the arcades available we stayed entertained the whole time! the music was a good mix and perfect for skating for sure. we didn't try their food but pizza was available among other appetizers and snacks. they also have a full bar (must be 21 to enter) price with skate rental was 10 dollars per person. sodas are 3 dollars but you get free refills with it.

I had a blast with my kids however there were 2 teenagers yelling cussing and walking back and forth while we were trying to get our kids skates on and one of the kids grabbed my sons stroller we told them to knock it off and they ignored us thankfully once we started skating they left. I am unimpressed that there was not a single employee keeping an eye on the kids that were just dropped off and left so they were off doing whatever they wanted to do they’re could have been a fight and no one would have ever known. I don’t feel safe bringing my kids again. It’s supposed to be a family rink but it wasn’t family friendly.

Two pair of roller blades in two sizes were broken. No laces on hand to replace knotted up laces so you could tighten the skates or loosen them. Boys at where you pay didn’t know anything and were no help whatsoever. Even to say there was an attitude. There is absolutely no upkeep on the skates. Was not a very good first impression and we will definitely not be back. A long drive and only to turn around and leave due to the skates not being usable for our daughter. Bring your own skates if you want to skate. A huge waste of money for only three laps around the rink trying to make the skates work. We are very disappointed to say the least. Not at all like we were told when Ron owned it years ago.

Korneli's is a wonderful place. We've visited for other kids' birthday parties, our own kids' birthday parties, company outings, and open skating. It's a great place, the staff is friendly and keeps things clean and safe, the food is good and the activities are fun and varied. All at a good value for the money. There's a full bar for the adults that is separate from the games and rink, which is nice. Our daughter had a wheel fall off of one of her skates. Even though we had brought our own skates, and they had no obligation to help, the manager grabbed the skate, took it in back and fixed it so she could get back out on the rink with her friends. Now that's hospitality!!!

The skates are bad quality. One broke right away and the others had very loose wheels. Most of the arcade games we tried didn't work but weren't labeled. Don't go.
