My family signed up for a photo shoot with Kendall while she was offering mini shoot donations to the ACLU. The offering of these sessions really got my attention. It was wonderful to see someone donate their time to a cause that is important to me.

At the shoot Kendall made my three year old feel comfortable enough to part with his beloved lunchbox to take pictures, and was even able to get some pretty great smiles out of him! The photos she took from our session are precious and amazing.. they are the first family pictures taken with our baby, who at the time was three months old. I’m so glad we were able to meet Kendall and am happy to consider her our family photographer from here on out.

We've seen Kendall twice for professional photos, first when I was pregnant for a maternity shoot and then when our kiddo was 18 months old. The pictures are amazing and she is so friendly that you feel comfortable during the shoot. I have done three Boudoir shoots with Kendall, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experiences! She made me feel comfortable in a vulnerable situation, confident and happy in my body, and she works with a wonderful sense of humor and levity that do not in any way lessen her professionalism or the extremely polished quality of her work.

In addition to the intimacy of her candid style, one thing I love about Kendall is her commitment to body positivity and inclusivity. She goes out of her way to be welcoming to all persons, which is something I really value in a photographer who is documenting some of the most personal moments of my life. You can tell that the session is all about you and your goals, not about her padding her portfolio, and that self-celebration carries over after the shoot, after the photos arrive, and well into the future. She helped me feel good about myself, indefinitely.

Kendall is also vegan, and while she doesn't try to push that lifestyle on her clients, she has set her business up to support her personal beliefs; products that she offers are made without the involvement of animals, and she consciously chooses to work with vendors that align with her values. This "live your truth" approach to her work is refreshing, and I appreciate her commitment.

I have been using Kendall Lauren Photography for almost ten years now! I’ve had boudoir, family and business photos taken by Kendall.

For the boudoir session she was nothing but professional and amazing. She helped me feel less nervous and self conscious by creating a cozy atmosphere and having a wonderfully positive attitude. The photo book she helped me create turned out amazing and is still something I cherish today.

My family photos have always been my favorite. Every year I participate in her mini sessions or a full session to help me capture some great photos to use for Christmas cards. Kendall always has the most beautiful locations for her minis and on the full sessions she has helped me pick a place where we would all love and she meets me there (even on Bainbridge Island once!). Kendall always has a smile on her face and is so patient with me and the kids (really it’s my dog that the patience is needed for lol) and captures the best moments.

I always have a hard time choosing which photos to get, because there are so many wonderful ones. My room with wall with the photos she’s taken is one of my favorite places to sit and relax because they are so beautiful and capture so much love.

I will continue to hire Kendall for all of my special moments for me and my family.

Kendall was the photographer for our wedding. She is not only an amazing photographer, but she made sure to help keep us going on time and helped keep the wedding on track. I absolutely LOVE Kendall Lauren Photography. Her keen eye and attention to details are amazing.
