Came in for a Canadian passport photo. He didn’t really know the requirements for the photo - had to show him the head height dimension multiple times. Barely can use his computer/Photoshop. Then he said his printer was broken and told me to come back the next morning but when I showed up nobody was there. Had to wait for him to show up, and then finally when I got the pictures they had completely wrong length and width dimensions. He was trying to convince me that it’s OK if the size is wrong but don’t trust him, it will get rejected. Wasted two days with this shop, would not recommend anybody to deal with this!

The guy can barely use the computer and print the photos. When I mentioned that my shoulder wasn't straight in the picture, he started telling me that all the consulates come to him and wouldn't take a new picture when I showed him the requirements from the consulate. Also it's cash only and doesn't accept card.

The owner and I think only person for operating this place is too old to this stuff. He have big problems with his memory maybe in younger time he was good but right now awful service. This guy need to rest.

The owner, Kee, is extremely professional. His photo with presidents, premiers and celebrities speak of his decorated life silently on the walls. Very positive experience having a non-US passport photo taken overall.

The astonishing pictures all around his walls give you illusion he has some experience, but my passport photo taken by him are horribly ugly as to nobody could even recognize that is me, absolutely the worst picture I have in my whole life. I don't have photo taking experience so I paid so much money for his claimed experience, as all those pictures taken with almost all the celebrities on the wall tried so hard to persuade you. But actually the photos he took are much worse than even the ones taken by myself with 0 experience.

Although he could take another round with extra money(he only takes cash) if you are not satisfied, but there is no much improvement and difference, because his actual experience level is just like that, astonishingly low, only waste your time and money, making you suspect the astonishing pictures all around the walls were not taken by him. I don't think an honest photographer with real experience could shamelessly earn money with such disgusting photos. Only a fake one need so much fake stories rather than satisfactory work to dupe angry customers.

I figured out his photography filling lights layout were badly wrong. He doesn't even know how to arrange the indoor filling lights!

I needed passport photos with specific, non-US requirements that Walgreens wouldn't adhere to. Mr Kee gave me the best service in record time. Highly recommend!

We have been coming here to take our photos for a long time and we hadn't had any issues for a long time until this year.

Our family went to take our passport pictures and unfortunately my wife's photos were rejected by the US government for 'low resolution'.

We went back and explained the situation but he immediately got offended and refused to listen to us. He kept saying that it is impossible that his photos would be rejected and started yelling at us and told us to go to hell. He was extremely unprofessional in how he reacted to the whole situation.

We try to support the local businesses when we can but we won't be returning to this place again after this experience and we can't recommend this place to anyone else.

We understand that he has a lot of pride in his work but refusing to listen to reason and even look at the document that we received from the US government showing that the photos were rejcted made it really difficult to communicate with him. We hope that he can put aside his pride and take care of his customers in the future.

I came here for my passport photo today. I call to the store, made an appointment same day.
Owner/photographer is great! He took few pictures, then he asked me “which one you like?” This is super nice!
So I just throw away another ugly photo that I took at CVS store.
