SPEECHLESS! I was ghosted by a few photographers and then found Todd. He answered the call, set up an appointment right away and was very pleasant to talk to. I told him we needed quick family pictures so my husband didn’t have to go through the annoyance of a long drawn out hour.
SIX MINUTES! Todd told me the exact location and was there ready with a stand up flash positioned, his camera in hand and kind demeanor. He did two quick poses for us and was great with my youngest. He showed me a few shots after and they were PERFECT! Everyone’s eyes were open, my youngest had a real smile instead of a forced smile and the lighting was incredible!!! We were late (SO SORRY!!) when the sun has just set but the pictures still turned out bright and perfect. It was magical. I’ve never had a family picture experience like this with quality, readiness, ease and executing my few preferences. Thank you Todd!

Just noticed all the negative reviews are from one customer. Truth be told, Impact photography isn't cheap, but the quality is unmatched anywhere. Todd is a career long professional photographer who is amazing! I have a 40x60 inch family portrait hanging on my wall that was shot and printed by Todd Hicken at Impact Photography. My friends and family are in awe every time they see it.

This company took pictures for my sister’s family. When she called to schedule the appointment she was quoted anywhere from $500-$1000 and was promised that it would cost no more than $1000. The photographer was professional during the shoot and great with the kids however after the photo shoot was done, my sister went to pick up her photos they informed her they would not give her ANY digital copies and that if she wanted any pictures she would have to pay an additional fee to have them printed. The cost of the shoot was $3000 and all she was given was one big print. What kind of photographer gives ZERO prints with a $3000 photoshoot?!? She also never received a contract before the shoot?! I can’t tell you enough how terrible this company is. Please don’t waste your time and money!

I had Impact Photography take my photo for an updated head shot. They were very professional and worked quickly. The entire shoot took less then 5 minutes. The photographer (Todd Hicken) knew exactly what he wanted the picture to look like and knew how to get that look with the lighting and angles of the pictures.
