The vintage photos of my daughters came out so beautiful. My youngest daughter does not like taking pictures in studios. We have tried multiple times and she would cry during every session BUT not this session! The photographer was amazing with children. He was very kind and got her to smile in the pictures! The prices are reasonable for quality vintage looking photos. The props, poses, and outfits are really cute. People have been complementing the photos and asking me where I got them done. I would recommend them.

Great customer service!!! My son doesnt smile with anyone but me or his grandma. The photographer did an amazing job that I got emotional and felt so touched. The man really loves his job and will do the most to get your baby to smile and take amazing pictures!!! I've gone to other places before and not once have I seen someone try so hard to make a baby laugh or to take wonderful photos!!♡♡ definitely recommend them

We had a horrible experience! All week my daughter was so excited to see the pictures of her baby, my only granddaughter. Her husband gave her the receipt to go pick them up. We took the bus to WC Mall from Claremont got there and were told no, we couldn’t pick them up because they were under the fathers name, we had the receipt, the service was horrible. The worse part is that the guy who took the picture’s remember my daughter and the baby being there when he took it. The guy who was in charges of the pictures was just plain rude and was offended when we were rude back. My day cried, and at the end they gave of the picture, ruined our experience. They lost the commission and I was planning to booked two more appointments, which I guess it they did me a favor cause we will go somewhere else where they value the customer and value the meaning of taking Pictures of your bay for the first time. I’m just sorry We didn’t read the reviews before taking the pictures with this company. So many negative reviews SMH

I took my daughter to the Moreno Valley location, before they moved, to get her pictures taken for her 1st birthday and they came out great! You always want the best for you children especially as a first time parent, and they did not disappoint. The experience was great and they are wonderful with little ones. Definitely will return for yearly photos.

We came here to take photo's of my baby cousin, and the photographer wouldn't let us adjust the dress of the baby, or change her headband. So when we went to pick up the photo's, the lady, who's name was Rene, who was there was trying to force us to buy $180 worth of photo's after we told her we didn't want them. She acted very rude and continued to try and force us to buy $180 worth of photos when we only wanted one. Plus the photos were of bad quality. The photos we take on our cell phones come out better than the ones we took her of my cousin. Horrible customer service was give to us through out the entire experience.

This place has the worst customer service and also not only do they not know how to appropriately greed customers but also they can’t even take pictures right. While paying all their fees I had specifically wrote down I wanted to be in the pictures with my daughter. They only took two with the both of us together then they pushed me to the side. To make things worst when I was trying to get my daughter to smile I sat on a chair they had there and the lady at the register told me to get off of it because I was going to break it. Hence this lady was twice my size. Don’t invite customers to leave a review unless you actually care about your customers. I wouldn’t go back and all my friends that like to take pictures with their kids won’t be going here either.

April 2019! Attention to customers! I usually don’t write reviews but I have to so that I can save people out there their money and time. I was at the mall with my son and husband. A man approached us and was asking us to take pictures and offered us a deal and I should have listened to my husband and walk away but we felt bad and ended up agreeing to take my sons 1st birthday pictures with them. Pay attention to small fine prints and hidden fees people! They will scam you and it’s so sad because I was so excited about my sons first pictures. I was told I can make an appointment anytime and when I called they said only weekend so I was forced to take the pictures before my son turned one. After taking the pictures we have to come back again to look at them which was fine but we had to pay a seating fee to have pictures taken. We got over that and then a week later when we came back to pick out a picture we liked they told us the picture we already paid for was the first pose and shot they took of my son no matter what he looks like! I was so upset because a child doesn’t even warm up to a person until later so how can the first picture ever be the best. I even asked them what if my son was crying in the first picture will you force us to take that picture? They said we have no choice and can’t pick. They said we can pay extra for the other pictures starting at 35 each! The quality was awful and what’s sad is we have no choice because they already took our money weeks ago. I support small business but what they do to people is so wrong. I even asked nicely if I can have a small print of then one I like and not take the big 11by 18 one. They said NO! I can pay for it or take the one where my son wasn’t smiling. We ended up paying 100 dollars more for the poses I want because my husband knew I was so sad. They threw the rest of my sons pictures away. And keep in mind the customers after me experience the same thing. And her sons eyes were shut but she had no choice but to take the pose she paid for which is the first picture they take! She wasn’t going to pay for the others. Parents left unhappy. I will never go here again! Don’t waste your time and money here!!!! And when I told them please can I just have the smaller print of my son smiling instead of the bigger print for my sons birthday and they said no! And I paid for a 11 by 18 so it wouldn’t kill them to give me the 8by 10, either way I paid for a picture and I wasn’t asking for a free one. This is their way of scamming you to buy other pictures because you are stuck with something you don’t like! We did buy them but we will never come here again!
