I was able to get a consultation on Sunday, which was great considering my schedule. I have an appointment to get lip fillers for the first time, I'm super excited. They even have in house payment options which is so convenient for me financially. I'm able to get a cosmetic beauty procedure with a reasonable in house payment arrangement. My credit wasn't a factor in this arrangement either!! So excited

I have waited until I completed all 8 sessions to leave my honest review. I can say that I am absolutely not happy with the results. I am still shaving at least once a week after my laser hair removal. I had my bikini front/back and my underarms completed. The first 2-3 sessions that I had, the lady that completed my sessions was so fast and NOT did not get all areas. I had no change in hair after those sessions. After those initial sessions I had different nurses, and they all seemed to do a much more complete job. I mentioned this right away and was told the nurse that did my first sessions was “no longer working there,” which led me to believe she was fired due to the poor job she was doing. I saw a difference after having the nurses that did the job correctly, but still having to shave at least once a week.
At the end of my 8th visit I was told the amount of money it would cost for “touch ups” for each area. At this time I asked how often people usually come in for touch ups and was told “not often.” It was then again I noted how my results are nowhere near what I thought they would be. I was told that my concerns would be passed along to the manager and the manager would reach out to me. It has been days and I have not received contact from anyone.
For the amount of money that it costs for laser hair removal and the results that I got, I would absolutely NOT recommend it to anyone. Save your money. Clearly Ideal Image does not care about customer satisfaction either, when I clearly stated their employee was not doing their job correctly and did not care to compensate me in any way.

The experience was ok. I did my 3 sessions. Upon the final session it was just...ok, have a good day. Is there no full review of my results or a comparison of my photos over the 3 months? I believe I had a little progress based on the procedures, but a professional conversation from the Ideal Image staff I would have guessed would have also been appropriate based on the amount I paid? I have been extremely pleased with one of the two programs. Their hair removal is fabulous. I also had BBL treatments to remove a couple dark spots on my face which was totally unsuccessful. That was so very disappointing, but again I could not be happier with my hair removal process.

Amazing, again! I love going to this place. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable . The facility is so clean and well maintained. They do a wonderful job explaining everything and making you feel at ease. When I am there I feel very comfortable.
