Very poor quality of picture .
Low file size
So a big sized photo print is not possible because it looses its focus/ sharpness.
Mailed several times for bigger sized files but no help.
Waist of money
My best advice : choose another company !!

The pictures that hotshot takes are excellent quality. Then you need to sell two kidneys and a cornea in order to buy one. I'll bet they would do a lot more business if they charged half the price.

Photos are great. Easy to order online. $30 for one photo, $55 for all the photos (our private boat had 57 frames shot in succession) another $25 to add another rapid. Fun keepsake/service. Thanks for being out on the river capturing memories.

I was having trouble locating pictures from nearly 3 years ago and they promptly helped me find them. Well I guess I had waited too long too purchase and they dissapeared... I emailed again and they were able to adjust the website so I could purchase them. These photos are some of the last I have of a lost loved one so I'm eternally grateful to have recovered them. These people operate a top-notch photography service. I use them to look at every trip I run on the river, and recommend my guests go to them for their rafting images (I am a guide on the American River).

Some people will consider the images rather pricey, but it takes a lot of work to get those images taken and then back to the shop before rafters arrive to buy them. For the really cool moments that their photographers capture, and the quantity (and quality) of images you get, they are totally worth it.

$30 for a single image, when it's a digital file, and they've taken all the photos already anyway? They know they can get that money from people because there isn't much competition, and people want to have their memories. It's probably a fair price if the whole boat you were on was one group, but there's no price difference if it's just two of you. Also, they say, "pay with cash and get a free upgrade!" but when you go to the checkout, and ask what the upgrade is, they say "oh it doesn't apply to you since you're only getting the one picture."
