In a race against time, literally, I rushed into Horn Photo on the 23rd of this month (December). I needed the content of a VHS transferred onto a thumb drive. I explained to the gal helping me that on the tape were recordings of a friend who is actively passing of cr. In one last moment with
‘The boys’ our parting friend would be able to enjoy a watch party with the gang. I thought getting the job done would be next to impossible given the last minute of it all and Christmas Eve being the next day. The beautiful woman helping me, with kindness and understanding in her eyes, said ‘get here tomorrow (Christmas Eve) before 3pm’. I couldn’t believe her willingness and haste. My hubby was able to deliver the thumb drive to the family for our friend who is now on heaven’s doorstep. You did it Horn Photo! From the bottom of our grateful hearts, we thank you. 10 stars

Very dissapointed in the increased turn around times for film developing. Prices have only gone up and when I called to inquire the woman on the phone had a annoyed tone like I didn't just spend over $40 at their store. Turn around times used to be 5-7 days, I and many people I know waited nearly two weeks and still haven't got their photos back.
Very sad because I loved supporting local and really do love this shop but am possibly looking into other places to get my film developed now.

My son and I went to Horn Photo for their recent trade-in, trade-up event to trade in some old equipment. I bought a nice lens for my camera and my son got a great entry-level mirrorless. The staff here is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very generous. Their prices match or beat prices from the leading online camera stores. Shop local!

I was greeted and helped by Ryan today. He helped me get the Canon R50 and helped pick out several accessories since I told him I'd be using this for a wedding. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Super excited to use my new camera! Thank you!
