I scheduled a boudoir session for April 2020, but rescheduled it due to covid. My wedding was in July, so I rescheduled my session for early August as a surprise wedding gift for my husband. Leah made me feel super comfortable and the photos turned out lovely!!! My husband had no idea that I had done the session, so it was a really great (late) wedding gift for him. I would highly recommend a boudoir session with Leah to EVERYONE- it will make you feel super confident!

Leah you are so wonderful and you we’re so helpful during the photo shoot and of course so much fun, this instantly put me at ease since I had never done a boudoir. Thank you for selecting me as one of your models and I’m very flattered that you’ve used my portrait as your current cover on the Haute Mama Photography Facebook group. It doesn’t bother me that I’m not a size 2! I feel so beautiful!

I decided to have boudoir portraits taken because I had never seen myself in such a
way... my portrait in sexy lingerie, so intimate. I truly had a blast! I also did this for my husband, my hope is that he is pleasantly surprised! What a great Valentine’s Day gift for both of us! One day we can look back at them and happily reminisce.

Have to be honest I’ve got a little boost of confidence about myself after doing the bodouir session... I was so comfortable and as I mentioned before I had so much fun with Leah. I definitely did not have any modeling experience and I didn’t need any because she made my portrait session feel like the most natural thing in the world, but more importantly, I would so do this again with her!

I LOVED my boudoir portaits that I did with Haute Mama! I had these pictures taken because I wanted to do something for myself. I take great pride and joy in taking care of my health and body, especially since having children. The opportunity to get all glammed up and feel like a movie star for the day was such an incredible feeling!! I will love looking back on these pictures one day. The entire experience is something that every woman needs to do! I felt so beautiful and had a blast! Leah is so professional and does incredible work 🙂

I’m a year and a half into motherhood, almost 2 years into marriage and it’s still not as easy or as effortless as you hope it will be. I’m not the glamorous Mom who still has the energy to do her hair or put on makeup or sometimes, put on real pants. And as someone who values marriage and really wants a lasting commitment, it starts to drain you knowing your husband doesn’t get to see the woman he fell in love with. So the opportunity to feel like myself again, to remember there is a person underneath the dark circles and kid snot, was really important and powerful for me.

The shoot was completely different than I expected! I didn’t feel as nervous as I thought I would, and I felt completely at ease. There was never a time when I felt uncomfortable and it was fun to try something brand new. I’ve never done a photo shoot before, let alone boudoir, so it was a very enlightening and interesting day! The hair and makeup girls were so sweet and did an awesome job making me feel beautiful again. I heard that I looked like a bride, which was special to me because... I never really got to be one! We got married alone at the courthouse. So that was a fun little moment for me.

My toddler barely recognized me when I picked him up! He normally comes running into my arms, and seeing my hair and makeup, he smiled and slowly walked toward me, wondering...Mom, is that you? It was so funny and sweet.
