The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because we have had good photographers in the past, I have been doing fotofly Santa pictures for 7 years and the last 2 years have been absolutely horrible. Last year at the Draper location and this year in Salt Lake. The photographer we had didn’t even say my kids name to try and get them to look at her or make a funny sound or squeak a toy. When I asked if she had any suggestions for poses she was silent and shrugged her shoulders and just said ‘whatever you want to do’ zero help with posing or trying to engage with the kids. This year they advertised they were using senior photographers so I had high hopes thinking last year was just a fluke but I doubt I will ever go back now that this year was just as bad!

We have done the Santa FotoFly every year for the past 3 years and it's been a phenomenal experience. The photographers are really great with kids and take my ideas into consideration. The pictures turn out so MAGICAL and it is exciting to print them on Christmas cards and share them with family. There is nothing like it in Utah (or anywhere else I've ever lived). Thank you!

Generally we have pretty good outcome with them.
It’s a long drive for my littles. This last time we ordered their pictures and one of the printed ones came out horrible, some of the lighting on others needed to be adjusted. We contacted them over phone and email. It took a month to hear back from them.
I simply asked for the one printed picture to be replaced & the others adjusted.
They told me they had phone issues, so they are sorry we could not get through.
They said send the pictures back to them and they will see what’s wrong. I sent them an email of the picture to see it’s bad.
Also one of the times when i called a lady looked at the pictures and said yes they need to be adjusted.

Our body position is not good in many of the pictures, and i didn’t even ask for a reshoot!

So pleased with our experience and the photos from our Fotofly Santa session today. We had seven kids ranging in age from 2 months to 11 years old and our photographer (Brooke) handled them so well. Grandma will be so happy with the pictures (we know we are)!

We had THE BEST Santa photo session with Kaity! They were efficient, professional and great with my two boys (1 and 4 year olds). And the $39 price can’t be beat! We’ll definitely be going back for family photos this spring!

This is my 4th year in a row going to FotoFly Santa. I have been extremely happy with all of the pictures I have gotten. I LOVE that it is a short session--something about it being short and having a guaranteed good picture takes so much of the stress of pictures away. I think the idea of having a parent dress up like Santa is genius. It has worked really well for my kids (ages 5, 4, 2, and 8 months now). I hang up our new Santa picture every year at Christmas along with all the old ones, and it is so sweet to see the kids growing up. Ok now I'm going to cry. You won't regret going to FotoFly Santa! And our photographer Brooke was great (she even let my kids eat a cookie off the cookie prop plate!)

I told the photographer if I had one or two excellent pictures I'd be happy and that's what I got.

We waited a week for our photos to be done, which would be fine if that was communicated. The website says 2 day turnaround. I called and emailed, it took several days of me calling for someone to finally pick up the phone. They did not return my messages or emails.

To sum it up, I wanted one great family photo and I got what I paid for. However the service has dramatically gone downhill. Definitely not what it used to be. Bummer
