I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this passport photo shop yesterday. The elderly male staff was not only rude but also made offensive and inappropriate comments. When my husband didn’t immediately respond after being asked for his phone number (he didn't hear him), the owner sarcastically said, “He doesn’t even know his number,” which was unnecessary.

On top of that, he made insensitive remarks questioning why I, as a Filipina, was with a Ghanaian husband. Such comments are unprofessional, offensive, and unacceptable in any setting.

The service was also incredibly slow—what should have been a simple passport photo process took nearly an hour. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone looking for efficient service or respectful treatment towards minorities.

The old guy was very rude and they had mentioned it would take 20 minutes to get the passport photos I took there. It took probably close to an hour to get them. I would not recommend this place.

Do not recommend to anyone! For a very long time, in order to receive a photo by email, you need to buy a physical one, and I never received a photo in electronic form! they said you can go, I'll drop it off for you, but I needed it today! This is the worst photo studio I've ever been to! No respect and responsibility! Scammers!

I ask for digital photo and they said that they can't make it the same requirements from the IRCC they said its bullshit I just ask to send it to my email but I pay 23 dollars for 2 physical photo and they say they cant send it to email because its to big. I don't want to recommend it to anyone.

Last week, I was in with my wife, I asked an older gentleman about 4x6 printed photos from my phone.
My wife who was there beside me, heard the gentleman say, "ten photos and under, 50 cents each, if you order over 10 photos, 30 cents each"...
So we came in and tried to print 14 photos from my s21 phone.
I was quoted at 50 cents each from the same older gentleman.
Not the end of the world, but not what was quoted from him earlier that week.
When we asked him about the earlier price he quoted, he said "I never said that"..
Since we were in a hurry, we agreed to get it done.
My s21 was not connecting to their computer in the front, so the older gentleman approached me, removed his mask, sneezed TWICE Into his hand, replaced his mask, then grabbed my s21 phone and ejected the plugin (as it was not connecting) and plugged it back into the portable computer.
He managed to get my photos printed, but only after waiting 20 min to get it.
The quality of the photos was sub par, (disappointing to say the least)..at Staples on 32nd, I can get high glossy photos for 39 cents each and finished in under 3 min.
I had to completely sanitize my phone after, cringe factor, x10.
Won't be back.

Poor service. Not coming back to do passport pictures for my kids. Photographer wasn’t helpful to my kid to the point that he got mad at my kid for not being easy to take picture of. My kid is 5 years old. I had to get mad at my kid , make my kid feel bad just for the sake of making “the photographer’s job” easy. When he was supposed to make my kid comfortable. Very bad service.

Don’t recommend printing your photos from this place.The customer service skills of the man working at this place is atrocious Every time we go in to pick up an order that’s placed online the owner says it wasn’t received. I have proof of receipt and show him when myself or my husband go to pick up.

We’re then stuck waiting for the photos even if the order was placed hours before. My husband went in today to pick up an order I placed online this morning, and the owner got mad at him saying “you guys do this every time on my website and I don’t know why”
Sorry sir, but it’s not our fault your website is messed up when it comes to online orders. Maybe fix the problem instead of getting mad at customers who are paying you for a service and supporting your store. We’ll be going to Walmart or London drugs for our photo prints going forward. Very poor customer service skills on your part.

Good place to get your passport photos done if you have dark skin tone like from Sudan or Sierra Leone for example. Their lighting is great.
