We had a great experience with Famili Photography. The studio did a wonderful job with our son's Senior Yearbook Portrait, producing numerous wonderful images to choose from. The photo shoot session went very smoothly and our son was made to feel at home and relaxed which helped create natural smiles. The entire process was seamless and professional. We highly recommend!

Unfortunately this experience started out pretty great, but ended up not so great. We had a pretty great photo session with Ed! He was terrific and went above and beyond to get the photos we wanted. The editing came back to us promptly and communication with Christine was responsive and quick up until…we paid the invoice. I guess once we paid, we were no longer entitled to any further communication. I had an editing request for one of the photos (this had been initially overlooked as it was a minor edit) and that was ignored. A few days later, I followed up with another email. After 2 full weeks, I reached out again. This time only to share my disappointment; by this point, I had already gotten the editing done elsewhere. I actually wasn’t all that surprised to receive a response email immediately then. Apparently there was a medical excuse, however, I don’t know if completely ghosting a customer for 2 weeks could ever be excusable? I think I would have been sympathetic had she emailed me back promptly (or not so promptly) to let me know the circumstances.

Christine, Ed and their daughter were wonderful to work with. They were very pleasant, down to earth, professional, flexible with our schedule. They made us very comfortable and didn't rush us when we did the photo shoot. We had a outdoor family photo shoot and they had couple of outdoor options to pick from which we liked. After the shoot we were in constant communication of the photos and touch ups. The turn around time of the photographs were 2 to 3 days. We loved the final pictures. The whole process was very smooth and Christine was very responsive and easy to contact for any questions. Would highly recommend Famili Photography. We are definitely doing more sessions with them.
