The photographer for your wedding is extremely important. There’s no doubt about it. The simple fact about your wedding day is that, no matter how quickly you run around trying to be everywhere and see everybody, there are going to be things that you miss.

But I can promise you who will NOT miss a single moment, the incredible people at Dream Photo & Video.

When my wife and I began to plan our wedding, we realized that we had to figure out how to allocate funds for each aspect of our wedding. So we sat down and wrote a list prioritizing the different areas of importance (such as DJ, cake, cash bar versus open bar, etc.). While most aspects of our list were different, the one thing we both agreed on was that our wedding photographer/videographer was the most important thing for us. Our wedding venue (15 Acres) recommended Dream Photo & Video to us, with the promise that they were “incredible”.

The truth is, that even the word “incredible” doesn’t do them justice. This company was phenomenal from day one. As soon as we were put into contact with the owner (Ms. Shiva) it was clear that we were in good hands. In addition to a photographer for the day, our package included a unique music video of our special day! We were able to have multiple conversations with Shiva about everything, ranging from ‘what are some of personal trinkets we wanted included in the photos’ to ‘what kind of overall vibe do we want’ for our wedding video.

Absolutely everyone we interacted with was extremely well organized and incredibly professional. Ms. Shiva didn’t want us to panic on the day of our wedding, so she was kind enough to let us know in advance that (while she handles the majority of the behind-the-scenes work) she wouldn’t be at our wedding in-person, but that she was sending two of her best people to take care of us. She was not exaggerating when she called them the best and we have to give a shout out to the photographer Sam (her husband) and the videographer Rene, for how hard they worked running around in 100-degree weather to capture every angle of our wedding! They were absolutely amazing.

After all was said and done, we only had to wait about 10 weeks before we received the finished photographs (over 1000!) and they were SO worth the wait! On top of that, my wife and I received a nine-minute-long, one-of-a-kind music video of our wedding. This video is, hands down, the coolest thing I have ever watched! When the product was ready Ms. Shiva asked us if we could schedule an online reveal so that she could watch our reaction to everything. It felt like we were reliving our wedding all over again! Her reaction to seeing us watch our movie for the first time made it abundantly clear how passionate she is about the work they do. Dream isn’t just a company trying to sell you some pictures and a video, they truly care about making your special day as memorable as it can be. You won’t find a better company than them.
