My first appointment was cancelled saying the elevator broke in the building. So I scheduled it a week later and the elevator was still not working. I arrived for my appointment on time and I had to wait for 45 minutes for my session to begin. Dan offered to edit 4 pictures of mine as opposed to regular 3 since I had to wait. I thought he was nice enough to do that. At the end of the session he asked for a tip and I was having thoughts on whether to give or not since I already paid 75 $ + 7.10 tax. His attitude suddenly turns cold towards me as i dint pay the tip and when he sent me the edited picture by the end of the night - the edited picture looks nothing like me. When asked about it, he replies “ Is this instead of THANK YOU?”
I don’t think that’s the way to talk to customers. If I was unhappy with your service, may be you should listen to what I have to say.

DoNOT use this place for professional head shots! Don’t waste your money!

An update:
Dan later sent an email apologizing and edited 4 pictures of mine instead of the usual three according to the group on. One picture of the four edited pics were good. Rest all were ok.
Wanted to update the entire story. So, it might be beneficial for someone before you make your decision

I called in to ask for some information regarding pricing and photo sessions. The woman who picked up was extremely rude and condescending, and laughed off any attempts to get more information regarding pricing packages. Not a professional way to do business even before someone becomes an actual client. The photographer seems highly talented; it's very sad that he has someone like that who ruins potential business for his company.
