We chose Danielle as our photographer for our wedding at Nestldown and couldn’t have been happier! Because she’s photographed at the venue so many times, she’s very familiar with all of the best shots and places to go, which made the photo shoots much more efficient.

She was also very prompt and professional with communication, answering our questions, and setting up calls with us in advance.

On the day of the wedding, Danielle and her assistant were great to work with, suggesting poses and capturing photos not only of us but of our guests as well. When we got the photos, they were absolutely beautiful, and we were also shocked at how quickly we received them all! (3 weeks after wedding!)

Would definitely recommend Danielle, especially for weddings at Nestldown!

Danielle is an exceptional photographer. We had the pleasure of having her as the photographer for our eldest daughter's special day at Nestledown in 2021. Her work is truly breathtaking, capturing not only the emotions of the couple but also the enchanting essence of the redwoods.

Impressed by her talent, we decided to entrust Danielle with the photography for our youngest daughter's wedding in Cabo, which took place at Sunset Monalisa, a stunning cliffside venue. True to form, Danielle exceeded our expectations, skillfully immortalizing the beauty of the surroundings. Her photographs perfectly captured the sunset, with the majestic arch in the background providing a picturesque backdrop for the couple.

One of the highlights was Danielle's ability to capture the couple's first dance against the backdrop of a fireworks display. Her skills were truly remarkable in freezing this magical moment in time. Every photo has the natural lighting we were looking for. We look through all these photos & can't help but keep smiling as we re-live the beautiful day.

From very first booking our Nestldown wedding in 2019, to looking through multiple photographers' photos, to choosing Danielle, to postponing our wedding from 2021 to 2023, to her sending us a wedding gift for our 2021 small wedding, to all the emails back & forth, to the phone calls to make sure we have everything we need, to finally meeting in person & loving every minute of working with her.... she's been so professional, kind, & understanding through this entire journey. My husband & I truly appreciate her time & letting us move our May 2021 wedding to May 2023 because the Pandemic.

Each of the precious moments she captured at Nestldown will be cherished by so many people for all the years to come. It's amazing we got to work with her- she even got married there too so she knew all the great spots- including the lighting! So easy to work with & let us know exactly what to do so we could get multiple shots to choose from later. You helped us throughout the photography process- giving us options, showing us where to go for the lighting & different backgrounds, having us be ourselves & get candid shots. From getting ready in the Guest House, to the First Look with my Dad & then my husband, to the ceremony site, to the Cocktail Hour, to the Reception, to the special dances & cake cutting, to the Grand Exit.... all our amazing photos reflect on how great of a photographer she is. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would.

You get the photos back fast & you have many to choose from. I feel like that's the only hard part haha, you have so many great photos that you don't know which ones to hang on your wall/put in frames- like about 1,000 is probably too many to put up in our house.

We value your photogenic eye in helping us capture so many special moments of our big day! You captured the essence of our love for each other & for the outdoors all in a single day.
