First and last time coming. Totally understand it can be fustrating taking pictures of a toddler. But when were PAYING $25 for ONE picture i hope its a good one. I asked whomever the rude older women was if she could retake the picture since one of my children was not looking . She said “ No were not putting anybody through that again “ “ Your kid was screaming the entire time “ . “This is just a picture with santa not a photo shoot” … The comments were completely unnecessary. Mind you my toddler is 2. If i could rate it 0 stars i would.

We have used Charlene a number of times for our website photos. It seems she’s a lot better with family photos, but as far professional photos I would not recommend her. She’s all about the money to the point she is willing to sacrifice customer service. She charges a ridiculous amount per photo and will not send you proofs or low-quality images to help you with your decision-making. She offers a zoom meeting, which makes it difficult to get others’ opinions. Also, we are repeat customers so it not like I’m going to run off the images.

As far as the photos, she will give you zero guidance as far as how you look. I’m pretty sure if I had asked her to give me feedback, she would have charged an additional fee. Way too much money for mediocre photos and sub-par customer service. Pretty disappointed.

Charlene has captured some of our best family memories over the last few years. From her involvement and support of our local community with Halloween and Santa photos, fashion photoshoot fun during CSD camps, her adaptive and creative porch photography during the pandemic and the very fun holiday photos in the studio.
