This was my second time working with Carolina Pack Ship and Print, and once again, they went above and beyond. I came in with a small project—just a few presentation folders and a poster—but they treated it like a top priority. The two people I worked with were incredibly kind, patient, and professional.

Please allow me to share a great experience of a fantastic new business! I showed up with a top for a small convertible car and met the owner, Reed, and asked if he could help package and ship this odd item. Without hesitation, he responded with “yes, and yes, we will figure it out for you!” Not, hmmmm, maybe?
I was immediately impressed and continued to converse with him. What a great experience.
After some above and beyond due diligence work, Reed came up a a very viable solution!
Even though I ended up not shipping the product, but delivering, Reed easily earned my business by carefully packaging my product and treated me with the utmost is respect.
