This photographer reached out to me on Facebook before I was even aware of them advertising their wedding photography and I never responded because I’m not looking for a photographer yet.

I saw a family member took some pictures with them and I really liked the set-up of the Christmas minis so I reached out to set an appointment to give them a try for pictures. I requested a date they didn’t have listed as available and they said I could come at 8am and Cami was also shooting a wedding that day and that’s why it didn’t show available. I appreciated them accommodating me. BUT The first red flag was the double messages, he was messaging me twice before I could reply asking if I wanted to schedule and other people were inquiring about the same date and time … LIES. That’s a sales tactic to build urgency, I know those tricks.

So, he sent the payment link and got info about the pics and gave me the location. I’m not used to paying for the entire session up front, but I paid. Once again he advertised their wedding photography. I didn’t tell him this was their audition. Audition FAILED cause 2 days before my pics he writes me a long message with a story about his grandson having to be rushed to the hospital and lots of other info I felt was tmi. I’m sorry that happened and I have empathy but business is business so lead with the business savvy answer. He asked if I could reschedule… no I can’t so I’ll just take a refund. He then tells me another one of their shooters can shoot our session. YOU SHOULD HAVE SAID THAT 1st. We get the pics taken with Amanda and she did a great job.

They advertise a one week turnaround. We are almost at week 2 of me waiting for my pictures or even a response from them and I have nothing. I’ve messaged on Facebook and through text. They say they will reply to messages within 48 hours, LIE! That’s a very rude way to treat someone but when you’ve already been paid you don’t care much.

I’ve read reviews about them being money hungry and requesting more money when invoices have already been paid in full and even losing someone’s wedding pictures. I would DIE! I’m upset I wasn’t able to send out Christmas cards with my new family of 3 this year because I got my pics too late.

I will not be able to recommend you use this photographer. I selected my 10 fav pics and they were sent back “edited” with 10 mins. 🗣️IF THATS ALL IT TOOK THERE WAS NO REASON I SHOULDN’T HAVE RECEIVED MY PICS IN THE PROMISED AMOUNT OF TIME. I understand life happens but business is business.

I hired and paid my "final invoice" in full June 2022 for my 10/1 wedding with specific photographer requested and confirmed. (Venue location and all submitted at this time) We opted to not have engagement photos taken which were part of our paid package. Less than two weeks before my wedding Antereo emailed requesting an additional ~$85 for photographer travel fee. We live in Evansville and wedding took place in Evansville so I was irritated/perplexed by his repeated email requests for additional money right before my wedding. Return photo delivery was stated at 7 to 8 weeks. 9 or 10 weeks later I emailed Antereo for status. Roundabout excuses and couple weeks after said inquiry I received selected wedding photos with no professional editing.

Our photographer, Jessica, was awesome but two thumbs down to employer.

Spend a few extra bucks for a better experience.
